First time using from outside the prefecture.I forgot to take out the coupon, and when I checked with the front desk a few seconds after checking in, I was told that it was already late.Do you have a coupon when you talk face-to-face at the front panel before check-in? I think it would be a good idea to check it out. Unfriendly and inflexible! There were tons of pubic hair, dust, food scraps, etc. on the floor of the room.A bag of condoms, apparently used by a previous guest, was left near the bed panel.Where are you cleaning? It was so dirty that it looked like the only thing she had done was change the sheets and take a shower.I think this price is too high. It's been a long time since I've been to such a bad hotel!

I wanted to stay in a room with an open-air bath, so I used it.I was satisfied with everything, including the welcome drink, ice cream, flowers floating in the bath, and the luxurious breakfast exclusive to this room.It was nice to have a wide variety of welcome drinks, and I was surprised that the breakfast set included rice cooked in a clay pot.

It's a little more expensive than others, but I really like the atmosphere of the room.I want the faucet in the open-air room to be fixed soon. It's a scam that you can't use the equipment even though you paid a lot of money.

Aunt front desk was the worstWhat happened when I used service time in a suite about 2 years agoI left alone in the morning, and when one person tried to enter the room in the evening, I received a call from the male staff at the front desk and asked if I was okay with the price being 1.5 times higher. When I answered why it was 1.5 times higher, I was told that it was a different person.I replied that it was the same person, and the moment I was satisfied, the staff member changed the phone and said that it was a different person. When I asked how they knew it was a different person, I was shocked. I got a reply fromHe seemed to have asked the woman if she had come in the morning, so I thought why not, but I didn't have time so I hung up.Needless to say, a woman entered the room and we had a big fight. The lady at the front desk at this hotel has no common sense.I don't hear about this at other hotels, and I've never been charged a fee.Seriously, if you're just going to say it to me, it's fine, but asking a woman is not only a sign of service, but also a lack of common sense.Giving away my personal informationPlease be careful as you will be provided with the worst possible service.Aunt front staffRemember common sense even at the front desk of a love hotel.Listen, it's normal!!Don't listen, it's normal!!Even the elderly staff members are pushing their limits!Learn how to keep personal information confidential from step 1.The open-air Jacuzzi bath in the room seems to have been filled with putty, but it wasn't that big. I think the cascading hot water would have been better.

Used around mid-JulyThe moment I entered the room, I was in a steam bath, so I immediately turned on the air conditioner to full power. When I returned to the room after taking a shower, the temperature in the room seemed to have dropped a little and I couldn't stop sweating, so I put my hand on the air conditioner vent, but it felt like a little wind was coming out, so I asked the front desk. When I called , the female staff member gave me a vague explanation of how to use the air conditioner remote control and desperately resisted letting me change the room, forcing me to wait for a while. After an hour, it was still hot and I felt like I was going to get heat stroke, so I called the front desk again, and on the third call, I was finally able to change my room.Even when the change was made, the female staff was reluctant and didn't apologize.I was able to stay in a comfortable room after the change, but the staff service was the worst.

The worst response was to increase the room rate by 1.5 times without any explanation and to not replenish the room supplies.Bath towels, hand towels, toothpaste, etc. When using the same room during service timeTwo people used the room in the morning, one person went home, and then re-entered the room at night.I have never been charged a fee like this at other love hotels. Moreover, it is impossible for us to arbitrarily increase the fee and not replenish supplies, etc.I was made to pay a fee for 3 people to enter the room at the same time.Satisfactory service even though there are many empty rooms
