Nice space and amenities. Very close to bus stops, convenience stores, and restaurants. The air could have been cooler but overall it was a nice stay.

One of the worst accommodations I've ever been in.The rooms are SUPER noisy. Light comes in from below and above. There are only two showers for the ENTIRE ward. The showers are on the ground floor, so you have to go down two or one floor to shower and cross the living room. The nearest toilets are two doors and a staircase away, sometimes dirty and many without toilet paper and others unusable. The beds are noisy and hard. The pillows are a rock.Everything that can be wrong is wrong in this accommodation. The staff is the only thing that is not bad. Although nothing remarkable, it meets the basic requirements.

The small rooms are best the large rooms in the frst class have no way of sleeping in the dark. The curtains don't block the light and the lights don't turn off. However the staff is very responsive the price and location is perfect. It's very very clean and best of all it's quiet u like other hotels. The .kxy for exa.ple is a rave co.pared to forst class. I would recome d it for large groups as well just book one week in advance. The restaurant downstairs is also perfect. And the coffee and tea is good as well. As is the ice cream when they don't run out. Also very safe with key card access. Highly recommended.

I can’t believe what I got for the price. I stayed at a horrible capsule hotel in Tokyo so I was accepting something similar but this place was amazing. I just got here but I can tell the location is perfect, close to the train and attractions. I wish every hotel was like this

There was a wedding in Kyoto the other day. I used it for one night after finishing. The bathroom was spacious and spacious, and the security was adequate, so I was able to stay with peace of mind. I had double-booked my reservation due to my mistake, but the reception staff carefully handled the procedure and canceled it for me. Thank you very much for your help. I would like to use it again if I ever go to Kyoto. thank you very much.

This was my first time staying at a capsule hotel and it was WONDERFUL! Staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel was very clean and orderly. It had a restful, quiet energy suitable for recharging from busy Kyoto days. I have claustrophobia so booked the business class capsule and it felt cosy and welcoming (I'm 5'8" size M and still had a spare 6" or so in the length of the capsule. The pajamas also fit perfectly). The spa facilities were well stocked with supplies and the public bath was lovely (I have a couple small tattoos and was allowed to use the facility). Complementary coffee, tea and snacks in the lounge completed the experience.
