Good size rooms but no service. Expect to do your own housekeeping. Basic.

They have turned classic Japanese room houses into hotels, I think it is a great opportunity for those who watch people living in a single room in anime and are curious. There is a microwave washing machine and dryer, which is great. Only the fire escape is blocked by the bed, it is a very difficult place for those who do not use the elevator.

It is located a short walk from Kyoto Station. The room is small but clean and has a modern atmosphere. The bathroom has a built-in washing machine and bathroom dryer for your convenience. There is a wheelchair-friendly elevator, and I get the impression that a lot of thought has been put into it. It's a little far from the station, so I don't know how people with foot problems will feel. There is no front desk, so you can unlock your room number with the PIN number sent to your email, and open the auto-lock door using a different number sent to your email. When you check out, put the accommodation tax of 200 yen per person in the provided envelope and put it in the special mailbox along with the key. It's more like renting an apartment for a day than an unmanned hotel.

Very bad place. I stayed in room 107.While catering to tourists, I was unable to check in due to a problem with the car the tourist had rented, so I called and asked to be rescheduled for a day later.Make a reservation for Thursday, Friday, and Saturday for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday! When I said that I would pay extra because weekends are expensive, was it 600,000 won for weekends? Lol lol lolA room that used to cost 100,000 won on weekdays now costs 500,000-600,000 won? Isn't that a level of fraud? As a travel influencer, I travel a lot around the world, but this is my first time to a place like this.Really don't do this while catering to tourists. There was no check-in information, the room was very cold, the sofa was dirty, and the hot water in the toilet came out every 5 minutes, which was very difficult. So mean. I stayed in room 107.Targeting tourists, they were unable to check-in due to a car problem rented by tourists, so they called and asked to change it to a day later.Book on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday! I said I'd pay an extra fee because the weekend is expensive, but it's 600$ on the weekend? LOLA room that was 100$ on a weekday is 500$ 600$? Isn't it fraudulent?Don't do this while selling to tourists. There was no check-in information, the room was very cold, the sofa was dirty, and the warm water in the bathroom was hung up every five minutes, so it was very hard.I travel around the world as a travel influencer, but I've never seen a place like this before

The room had a gloomy atmosphere, similar to a hospital room. One notable feature was an empty picture frame hanging on the wall, which seemed to accentuate the overall sense of emptiness and bleakness in the room. Seriously why did you put a frame with no picture lol?The location is decent, a 15-minute walk to Kyoto Station. It's worth noting that this hotel doesn't offer traditional hotel services like room cleaning. Instead, you write your needs on a list at the entrance, and items are delivered the next day.My primary issue was the pervasive dust.I wouldn't choose to stay here again.
