Great place to stay to experience some of Kyoto's history. Friendly and helpful service and plenty of space for 5 guests! Close to heian shrine and different bus routes.

The frost in the refrigerator melted and it became flooded, which was a problem.I wanted a trash can on the first floor of a house.The air conditioner in the room on the first floor was out of order.The shower is difficult to use, probably for foreigners.There were no towels in the toilet and it was placed on the toilet paper stand, making it difficult to use.

It was a new and beautiful townhouse.There's a spacious sofa, a big TV, and a very spacious kitchen.The tableware and other utensils provided were stylish, and I had coffee made in the morning, which was very delicious.It was very convenient to have two refrigerators and a freezer.The bath was very relaxing, with a shower room and a spacious stone tiled bath that was used as an open-air bath.There were three bedrooms, and they were clean and decorated in white, and there were two types of pillows, so I was able to sleep comfortably.Unfortunately, since we were staying with a large number of people, I thought it would have been better to have two washbasins, and it would have been nice to have two toilets, but if there was one on the second floor, it would be nice to have one on the second floor. I thought it would be especially convenient when staying in a tier.

Superb Machiya, magnificently renovated, with details full of refinement and elegance: the super soft duvets and the very comfortable beds. Very well placed to see the temples of the west and not very far from Gion on foot. We were there as a family and everyone loved it.

The room equipment is very new, and the design of the entire house is beautiful, especially the design with skylights. It is very comfortable to stay on the first and second floors.The kitchen is also fully equipped with kitchenware and a washing machine, which is really suitable for multiple people.It's just that the cleaning of the room is not accurate. I found dirty rags on the washing machine and a little mold in the bathroom.If these can be improved it would be a great place to stay.
