Since it was a three-day holiday, I wanted to take it easy and decided to use it.I don't think it's the busy season...As expected, it was very crowded on Sundays and public holidays.reception, restaurant, poolThere were a lot of people everywhere, so I think you need to avoid the time.Points that caught my attention⭐︎At the front desk, there will be a concentrated wait during check-in time. (This is an acceptable range)I was a little surprised that I had to wait at the restaurant even though I had made a reservation. . .⭐︎Even though there were 2 people staying, there were only amenities for 1 person.⭐︎I can't connect to the phone from my room, probably because everyone is busy.⭐︎Dirty men's changing room at the pool.It can't be helped since my children are also using the room, but when I was taken to the changing room, there were towels scattered around, paper cups with half-drinks left, and cotton swabs and used ones left on the table, so it didn't feel clean. The staff didn't look at it because it was in the same condition even after using it. I used it with my girlfriend and she said the women's changing room was clean, so it might just be the men's changing room.Good pointsI went to the gym first because the pool had restricted entry, but I hadn't brought my exercise shoes and was using the shoes I had already worn, when a female staff member asked me to try on the rental shoes. "Do you have it?" he asked. I'm glad you care. I rented it with my girlfriend. They were also very friendly and helpful when using the pool.I was surprised that the staff didn't come even after I pressed the bell to call for staff, but when I looked at the staff, I saw that there was only one staff member who was at the pool, providing information, and checking the pool from time to time, so I guess it can't be helped.I get the impression that all the staff are good people,I would be happy if you could improve the areas of concern.

Wow! Book here, don’t give it a second thought! I am a Marriott Platinum and stay in many hotels and these folks are top notch. From the service, the friendliness, the breakfast, the club, the room, the location- the list goes on, absolutely amazing! The only thing I would change is to add smart tv options so that you can stream on the TV’s. That is the only thing missing. Kudos to the staff at this hotel! 5 Star experience all around.

I'm aiming to conquer all the hotels in Yokohama (｡･∀･)ﾉWestin Yokohama, which I have always wanted to visit♫Since it's a Marriott property, I get the impression that there are a lot of members staying there.This time, I booked a standard twin room with breakfast included as a club benefit.I also wanted to go to the club lounge.This time I’m patient :( °н° ):The standard twin room was on the 19th floor with a view of Mt. Fuji, and the view was amazing ✨Heavenly Bed at Westin HotelIt truly feels like sleeping on a cloud.In addition, the lavender balm amenities are also available.Its pleasant scent will lull you into a restful sleep.white tea bathroom amenitiesThe scent was also wonderful.The breakfast had a wide variety and was very satisfying.I didn't have the eggs Benedict that I was looking forward to, but I did have an avocado baguette.I was happy ♫The salmon in the Japanese food corner is exquisite, so be sure to try it.Among the hotels I've been to recently:The breakfast at the Westin was great.We had a very nice stay.(*ᴗ͈ˬᴗ͈)⁾⁾⁾There was only one button on the remote control for Netflix, but I can't seem to watch it.There is no explanation at all about this, so I wasted my time trying various things lol.I feel like I found out from the reviews here that I can't watch it.

I stayed there once right after it opened, and this was my second stay in a few years. Upon arrival, a foreign staff member greeted us with fluent Japanese and a lovely smile, and guided us to the elevator.The reception staff were polite and the inside of the hotel was very clean. The cleaning was thorough, and there wasn't a single place covered in dust.The room was large and very comfortable. The free water in the room is very delicious, so I would like you to drink it (* ॑꒳ ॑*)We had water and ice brought to our room several times, and the staff who brought them were also very courteous. Also, the tone of voice is calm and the customer service is tailored to the occasion. I thought this is what hospitality is all about.You cannot connect YouTube or Netflix to the TV in your room, so if you are looking forward to that, you will need to prepare a Fire TV stick yourself.The water pressure in the bathtub is strong and hot water quickly fills up in the bathtub. The shampoos didn't feel silky. It might be a good idea to just bring the treatment with you! I thought.I also used the gym. I think it cost 1000 yen to rent the clothes. The sneakers were on sneakers and were easy to wear. The gym is also very clean and has towels and water. As for the types of machines, I think you'll be very satisfied with the gym in the hotel.Looking at the reviews, I saw several people complaining, but I had no complaints at all.I definitely want to go again!

The room is very new and the service staff are very helpful.The executive lounge staff made a special note to me that I was a vegetarian.When I had breakfast on the third floor the next day, someone took me and briefly told me what I could eat.If you are a vegetarian, your choices are very limited.In the executive lounge on the 22nd floor and buffet breakfast on the 3rd floor,It’s basically salad, cheese, rice, yogurt…Vegetarian food will not be labeled otherwise.The titanium card comes with free lounge access and breakfast. The ingredients look pretty good, and there are many breakfast options. Unfortunately, there are too few options for vegetarians, and there is no label indicating whether they are vegetarian or not.Looking out from the room, the harbor view is somewhat obscured.Those who want to see the night view should live closer to Hong Kong.After checking out, while sitting on the first floor checking the route, the service staff came over to ask if I wanted to go to Haneda Airport, and informed me that the bus was coming and guided me to take it. The service was 100 points 👏🏻In the future, you can first ask the hotel about the train number and make a reservation.There is a car that goes directly to Haneda Airport, so there is no need to transfer, which is very convenient.

When I checked in, I already explained that I had paid for the room, but I insisted on deducting the payment through the card... Although I understand this mechanism, it makes people unhappy.The service is very strict. There should be two breakfasts per room. The service staff is only willing to give one breakfast when one person checks in...There is a fee for the swimming pool⋯⋯After staying for six nights, I don’t know what to remember...Hotels in business districts are really not suitable for tourists.If it requires platinum membership, then I don’t need to bring my friends to live with me.

Family stay-cation was “heavenly”!From the moment we arrived, staff greeted us warmly (thank you, Andy!) and made us feel special. The room was well appointed and made all of us feel immediately at ease.We had a toddler with us, so we couldn’t all visit the club lounge together (12 years or older allowed). But the staff had snack bags prepared for us to bring down to our room and enjoy. Very thoughtful.We decided to stay in our room for dinner. Westin burgers for the adults and fried chicken 唐揚げ and fries for our child. quality was excellent, as was the entire in-room dining experience.Breakfast buffet also exceeded expectations. Dined at the 3rd floor restaurant. Wide selection of western and Japanese dishes, as well as some Chinese dim sum. I recommend the soufflé pancakes, as well as the Japanese grilled salmon on rice.We will definitely come back to this stylish and luxury hotel for another stay-cation!

Incompetence of the staff is beyond imagination. You expect a certain level of service in a 5-star hotel and they don't even speak English properly. They mumbled and could not provide a proper explanation even for simplest things. It looked like their ability to speak English consisted of no more than 20 basic phrases in total.A 3,3000 yen fee to access the pool. How come any other hotel has it included in the price of your stay and here, in a 5 star hotel, you are being charged an outrageous price to access a pool? The pool itself was even below average - indoors and small.We were asked for access tickets for breakfast, that were supposed to be given at the check-in time. Obviously no tickets were given to us when we checked in. We were given very misleading instructions (again, mumbled because they barely spoke English) for breakfast in the morning and then we needed to wait to access the breakfast room. Are you supposed to wait half an hour outside in the corridor to have breakfast in a 5 star hotel? Don't think so. Moreover, the food itself was very average. Our coffee was delivered to another table and when I asked the staff about our coffee because we were waiting for a while now, the guy just went to other people's table, took the coffee from their table and brought it to us. Embarrassing.Extremely disappointed by this experience. It's way too overpriced for what it actually is, just a waste of money.

Given the exorbitant sum I paid (¥85,000) in exchange for a thoroughly subpar experience, I can confidently state that I will never return to this hotel.Overall, the level of customer service was deeply disappointing. At a hotel of this caliber, I expect the staff to be proficient in English. While it's acceptable not to be fluent, pretending to understand when they clearly do not is both unprofessional and unacceptable.When I requested a late checkout, the staff declined immediately without any attempt to check availability.Even after I pressed them to verify, they vaguely mentioned that it would be "complicated," yet still did not bother to check.I redeemed 10,000 points for my Saturday stay, yet the front desk appeared to have little knowledge of the offer, which is clearly advertised on your website. They assured me I didn't need to do anything further, as the points would be automatically applied.Upon visiting the pool (which, shockingly, incurs an additional fee of ¥3,300, even for guests), I was asked to present proof of my 10,000 points.I was then told that the front desk should have provided a receipt, though no such documentation was offered.The same issue arose when I went to the bar, and in the end, I was told to confirm the points with the front desk at checkout, meaning I couldn’t use express checkout and had no certainty that my points would be applied correctly.The breakfast experience was nothing short of farcical. I waited in line for 30 minutes. I was asked for my breakfast coupon that, surprise, the frontdesk did not give me. Then the staff provided inconsistent information, suggesting I could have breakfast on the 3rd floor. However, when I asked the guest experience representative, she insisted I stay on the 23rd floor. When I requested she clarify with her colleague, she failed to follow through and instead wandered off to attend to other matters.Upon reaching the 3rd floor, I was met with yet another queue and then offered a table by the escalator for breakfast—an utterly unacceptable proposition.It’s abundantly clear that you are incapable of managing breakfast traffic, and an immediate improvement is necessary.These numerous lapses in service left me more stressed than when I arrived, a stark contradiction to the purpose of a luxury stay.Westin Yokohama? Absolutely never again. I strongly urge you to better train your staff, streamline your operations, and shed the arrogance. The focus should be on the guest, not your flawed processes.
