Before we checked in, we were really afraid that we would not be able to fly due to the typhoon. We asked a lot of questions on the app, and K's villa was very quick and patient in providing solutions. We are very grateful for this, and we are very happy to have found a very good one. A hotelier with a human touchBecause we shared a villa for five people, the accommodation and check-in places were different. We first went to K's villa office to check in. The service staff were very friendly and kind. After finishing the check-in, they even called a taxi for us and provided a free taxi service. It was really It's very considerateFrom the outside, it looks like a cozy little Japanese house. The lights inside are all warm yellow, making people feel like they are home.There is a small entrance hall as soon as you enter, and a few umbrellas are thoughtfully provided. When you enter, you first see the kitchen and living room, and then the bathroom. The second floor is a full bunk, with sliding doors to separate the rooms for 3 people, 2 people, and 2 people. There is a wardrobe, and there is a washing machine and clothes drying area outside the window next to it. The space is used just right. Apart from a few mosquito bites, the rest of the experience was very good.Because there is a small river outside the house, there may be a lot of mosquitoes. When opening the door, be careful of mosquitoes flying in. The operator provides a mosquito repellent machine, but it seemed that the battery was dead when we wanted to use it. It is recommended to bring a mosquito repellent when you check in. Machines that spray liquid or plug in electricityIf friends want to go to Kyoto, they will recommend that they stay here. The transportation is quite convenient. However, because the road is too small, I suggest calling a taxi to a small intersection outside (there is a Japanese restaurant there). It takes less than 1 minute to walk in.

Amazing house. Value is 10/10. Location is very close to restaurants and other hotspots, while feeling nice and quiet.Check in was easy and the beds and whole house was so nice.Shower was also 10/10 in terms of pressure and heat and I loved the section to sit down.

K’s Villa was absolutely amazing. As our first time travelling to Japan it was like a home away from home. Communication was great leading up to our stay. Apon arrival we were a little lost so when we picked up the keys from K’s House the administrator rode her bike so we could follow her to the accomodation. Location was fantastic, 20 minute walk to Kyoto Tower/shopping/city area. And close to Kamogawa River which we enjoyed walking along early morning or in the evening. Lots of great eats to explore. The washing machine was a bonus after travelling from Tokyo. Having the space as a family of four was great, the home was super clean and it was no trouble when we requested Afew extra pillows. It was an extremely peaceful and quiet residential area, the coffee grinder and fresh beans were the cherry on top of a memorable time in Kyoto. Could not rate this stay high enough. We loved it!

Everything is perfect, from the staff to the location and especially the house. I really love the view of the little river Takase from upstairs. Their service is superb, with the offer of early checking in and a free taxi ride from the office to the house. They turned on the lights and air conditioner so we feel warm when coming in. The house is small but smartly organized with thoughtful details like a remote for the light, giving our 5-member family a very comfortable & cozy stay. Thanks to that, we had a great trip.

- It was nice that the area around the accommodation was really quiet.- There are almost no noises from loud motorcycles, cars, or people.- The water temperature is just right and the water pressure is very strong.- The refrigerator and kitchen utensils under the cutlery are diverse and neatly organized.- Helped me check in 1 hour in advance.- There is a convenience store nearby.- The bedding is clean and does not smell.- You will be sleeping on the second floor, but the wind blows in from the first floor and it is a bit cold.⚠️Due to the walking distance from downtown and surrounding tourist attractions, it takes quite some time.As of November 3, it was about 200,000 won, but 200,000 won is a little expensive.

Friendly and helpful staff at K's office, free taxi ride to the villa, fully equipped kitchen / house with typical furniture including futon beds upstairs. 15 minutes walk to Kyoto Station, bus stop and metro station close by, daily shopping in close vicinity possible.
