It seems like there are a lot of chain hotels in Kyoto! I didn't look closely, but it seems like there are roughly 10 in Kyoto with the same name.Maybe that's whyInstead of checking in directly at the accommodation, which we usually do, we have to check in separately at the reception right in front of Kyoto Station. It's a long distance to walk. The first time I came here, I was confused when I saw the notice.. It was our fault for not reading the email, but I knew it when I saw it lol.I couldn't believe the reality, so I called in English on the phone on the first floor and was told to come to the reception center. With tears in my eyes, I dragged my suitcase and went back to Kyoto Station. The check-in staff were friendly, but I don't know if it was a coincidence, but there were some angry Westerners who came as guests. LOL I don't know the exact reason. There is a free shuttle bus, but we were told we would have to wait for an hour, so we just took a taxi. The taxi fare was about 1,200 yen.I think the room is in good condition. I think I've been to Japan about 5 times for 4 days and 3 nights, but due to the nature of Japan, the rooms are usually small, right? But I think it was the most spacious of all the accommodations I stayed in.I'm an adult male, so when I do my business in the bathroom of a Japanese hotel, I often end up with my knees almost touching the door, but that wasn't the case here.I'm lying down to sleep right now, but maybe because it's just a place where locals live, I can only occasionally hear the sound of cars passing on the street right next to me, and it seems quiet. There is a beam projector, and like a Korean motel, you can watch Netflix and YouTube, so I cracked open a can of beer and watched it. The amenities are good, including bath salts, tea bags for coffee, a washing machine, and a microwave. However, I didn't use it, but the nearest convenience store, a Lawson convenience store, seemed to be about 200 meters away. It's not that far, but since it's not in the city, you have to walk for about 3 to 5 minutes. This room has 4 bunk beds and is recommended for families!

I booked the 4 people room with my friends. It is really cozy and everything in the room is perfect! I love the projector and the speaker in the room so we can have fun watching YouTube together. One thing is that the location is not really convenient. It takes around 10-15 minutes walk to the nearest train station and farer to Kyoto station. It is exhausting to walk for such a long distance especially in the boiling hot weather. Overall, I recommend for everyone who is going to Kyoto if you don’t mind that the location is quite remote.
