It was a nice inn thoughAt that time, there were a lot of stink bugs, and as someone who hates insects, I didn't feel like I was alive. Also, the Australian husband is tending to the garden of the open-air bath? I was wondering what would happen if there was a woman in there. The food was delicious.I was so impressed by how delicious the konka mackerel for breakfast could be.

It was a wonderful stay.Thank you for staying with us for 2 nights.Dinner is an authentic Italian dinner. The dishes were all delicious, using plenty of home-grown ingredients and local ingredients. Thankfully, the menus for the first and second days were different, so we were able to enjoy dinner on each of the two days. There was a wide selection of wines, especially Australian whites, and we were provided with wines that matched our tastes and meals.Breakfast was also great. In particular, the grilled heshikoya sashimi rice cooked on the robata was very delicious. The view of the courtyard and the sea beyond from the room is wonderful, and I think it's the perfect inn to spend a relaxing and extraordinary time. Also, the husband and wife were very frank and their hospitality was excellent.I would like to visit again.

Reopened due to Noto Peninsula earthquake in 2020It will not be possible to open for the time being.I saw Jonetsu Tairiku the other day and saw that the owner of the store was running a soup kitchen for people affected by the earthquake, and I thought that he would definitely be able to resume business someday and I wanted him to do his best. I did.

You can find it by going up a slightly narrow road. I really like the idea of incorporating modernity into the Japanese style.

Limited to 4 groups per day in Noto Town, Hokuriku. This is an inn where you can enjoy Noto Italian cuisine, run by Benjamin, who came to Noto from Australia, and Chikako Funashita, who was the daughter of a guesthouse owner for generations.

This is a calm inn overlooking Noto Bay, and the food is delicious.A husband from Australia and a wife from Noto,Although it was my first time there, the cheerful reception made me feel at ease.He seems to be particular about fermented foods, so he had Italian food for dinner,It was scattered throughout the Japanese-style breakfast set.The course-style Italian cuisine mainly uses seasonal local ingredients. Not to mention the hairy crab pasta and grilled sea bass. The steak made with locally grown shiitake mushrooms has a rich flavor that will remain in your memory.Since it is basically a guest house, accommodation is limited to a few groups per day. This time we went to a detached guest room located near the sea from the parking lot.Although it has the feel of an old folk house, the interior is neatly arranged. The heating worked well and I was able to spend a relaxing time even in the winter. There are no shops nearby where you can do some shopping. If you need anything, it would be a good idea to prepare it before your stay.
