Lovely Ryokan experience in a beautiful quiet country location directly by the river. We experienced authentic, exceptional hospitality, ate wonderful local food and enjoyed the Onsen bathing in room. …

goto campaign? I used it as a prefectural discount during the coronavirus pandemic. It was crowded and fully booked.Used by 6 adults and 2 childrenI was looking forward to it because it was very good when I used it at a day trip hot spring, but it was less than I expected. In a room that doesn't seem to be used...It's a bit smelly, but the food at the restaurants in Kanazawa is better. It may have been noisy with children at dinner, but Mr. Nakai got a snarky comment when he heard children's voices coming up to his floor.I thought this was it for this price. Also, I was surprised after reading the reviews, but they didn't offer matcha tea and sweets.

I visited on my anniversary trip. All meals are served in your room, and there is no public bath at the inn, so all guest rooms have an open-air bath, which is a luxury!I didn't have to meet other customers, so I was able to spend a very quiet and relaxing time. The hot spring was also a comfortable temperature for me.The food was also delicious. They served me a cake for our anniversary, and it was delicious. However, I was so full that I couldn't eat it all, which I really regret. .Since it was far away, I couldn't bring it home.I'm sorry for leaving you behind. The hostess, everyone at the front desk, and everyone serving the meals were very friendly and made me feel comfortable.I was able to get a local Yukiomo safely on the way home. lolI would love to hear from you again.Thank you very much for your help.

I stayed here after reading the reviews on Ikkyu.com, but I don't understand why this inn could be given 5 stars. The customer service, including the proprietress, is at the level of a part-time housewife, and the food is made with good ingredients, but the cooking and seasoning are typical of country home cooking.I had checked the facility in advance with photos, but the bathtub is only an open-air bath + shower, and there is no indoor bathroom. Although the open-air bath is blindfolded, there is a gap between the top and bottom, so I don't think women can enjoy it with peace of mind. My wife took a bath after sunset, but she lamented that it was pitch black and she couldn't enjoy the scenery. I don't think I'll ever trust Ikkyu's reviews again. After looking at the reviews on Google again, I was convinced.
