We stayed at this hotel from September 24th to 27th. This time we booked two rooms for four people. First of all, as other reviews have said, check-in is done via a tablet and the process is not too complicated. Once completed, you will be given the door code, which greatly reduces the risk of losing the key, which is commendable.After getting the room, I felt that the room was very spacious and comfortable, but there is still room for improvement in terms of cleanliness and staff communication. First of all, the toilet in one of the rooms was not cleaned thoroughly. For the first time in a hotel, we saw urine stains on the toilet and floor. In addition, the air-conditioning filter and air extraction unit in the room were also filled with dust.As for the other room, the TV suddenly failed to turn on on the morning of the 26th. We then reported it to the front desk, and the staff said they would help check and suggested that we go back to the front desk to check the situation after our visit, because we might need to change rooms. However, when we came back to inquire in the evening, the staff on duty seemed unaware of this and took some time to confirm before telling us that we could change rooms. But because we had to check out early the next morning, we did not choose to change rooms.In addition, I knew before checking in that the hotel promotes environmental protection, so plastic products such as toothbrushes, combs, and shower caps are not provided. But surprisingly, they are not even provided with basic tea bags or instant coffee. I think if you really want to provide convenience to tourists, you can refer to the practices of other hotels and provide some necessities in the lobby for guests to take.

We entered Agoda through the Google Map link to book a room. At that time, we planned to book two rooms, each room can accommodate two guests. However, since there was no option to book two rooms on Google Map, we had to select a room for two guests on Google Map, and after linking to Agoda, we selected a suitable two-bed room for two guests. Room type. Before confirming the payment, we clearly saw that it was two rooms with a total of four guests, and we also confirmed the price of a two-bed room with two guests before clicking to continue to complete the payment.But on the day of check-in, when we arrived at the hotel front desk, the waiter told us that we had only booked two rooms and two guests, and asked us to pay an additional 20,000 yen before we could check in. We were very surprised at the time and immediately made another reservation through the Google Map link, only to discover that this method would lead to a bug in the number of guests. Since we were very tired at the time and there was no refund for canceling the reservation, we had no choice but to pay 20,000 yen.I hope your company can help improve the bug in the application and prevent similar situations from happening again. I stayed here for one night during my 16 day trip. I booked the Japanese style room. It was the best room I had in my vacation, and at the same time also the most reasonably priced. Super comfortable bed. Would definitely stay here again if I'm ever in Kanazawa!

Highly recommended for their service and location (very close to Omicho market), the room we stayed in was also spacious and comfortable. The staff also went above and beyond to ship a piece of jewellery that we left behind to our next hotel, which we safely received. Thank you Minn Kanazawa!!!
