This is a culinary inn that was completely renovated from "Hashimotoya" to "Hashimotoya" on August 1, 2024. Limited to 3 groups per day.◉Location…The sea is right in front of you, and all rooms have ocean views, the scent of the sea, and the sound of the waves will soothe you.◉Room: 2 fluffy semi-double beds (if there are 4 people, you can put a futon in the empty space, but the bed was comfortable even with 2 adults sleeping together), a sofa where you can relax while looking at the sea, and an outlet. It's in a great location, with carefully selected amenities (especially the teapot, kettle, and hair dryer!), and free drinks for each person in the refrigerator.◉Bathroom: There is a private bath in the guest room, and although it is not a hot spring, it has micro bubble and easy bath functions that will keep you warm. I was able to take a bath whenever I wanted while looking out at the ocean.◉Cooking: Dinner and breakfast are eaten in the dining room on the first floor.Japanese cuisine made with seasonal ingredients from local Toyama and Himi.Sashimi, fried food, grilled fish, Himi beef sukiyaki, Himi udon, stick sushi, soup, and dessert will fill you up.Each dish was made with great care, and they were particular about the accompanying vegetables that complemented the main ingredients.They also looked beautiful, and I could feel the love they put into the ingredients.They carefully explained the dishes and how to eat them deliciously.I was able to forget about time and spend my time comfortably. I would like to come back and stay again.*The surroundings are dark, so if it's clear at night, the stars will be very beautiful.*The personality of the host and landlady is also great.

The customer service was good and the food was excellent. There were so many items that I was worried that I wouldn't be able to finish them all, but I finished them all and was very satisfied. I will definitely tell everyone to go here when they go to Himi. thank you very much.

Revisited from 3 years ago. I was aiming for cold yellowtail, and it was the best. The main points are that there is no toilet in the room and it is not a hot spring, but the toilet and bath seem to have been renovated, and the hostess is very friendly and does her best.This is an inn that I would like to come to every year to eat cold yellowtail.
