A private lodging facility located in a quiet residential area, yet conveniently close to downtown and tourist spots.I made a reservation for one night because it was very cheap due to the coronavirus pandemic, but I felt a little cheated as they charged me extra cleaning fees.The cleaning fee seems to be a normal system for Air B, but since it was my first time booking a private lodging facility on Booking.com, I didn't realize that it was added at the last minute. This point is more my lack of checking than the facilities.Despite the cleaning fee, there was dust under the curtains, it wasn't very clean, it looked like it was built a few years ago, and it was cold in the winter.Perhaps because it has been partially renovated, the door is oddly constructed, making access to the shower room (no bathtub) a puzzle.The parking lot, which only has one car, is free, but regular cars will have to turn around several times. Minivans probably won't be able to park there. There is an irrigation canal in front of the facility, but the whole area is covered with unfixed iron plates, and when the tires hit the iron plates when turning cars around, it makes a lot of noise, even though it's a quiet residential area.Late at night, I could hear the sound of the iron plate every time another car passed by.The road in front of the facility is narrow, but there's quite a bit of traffic, so I'm in a hurry to turn around when parking.The facilities have detailed explanations in English, which may be good for inbound tourists, but Japanese people may find the various precautions to be annoying.I was using it with my family during a long trip, so I was happy to have a washing machine, but I didn't have any tools to dry it, so I ended up going to a nearby laundromat.

I used it when I participated in a nearby music live house, 1 minute ... 1 minute walk from the inn to the venue ... I returned to the inn from the advance sales and was able to go again at the last minute.It was great to be able to stay quietly in the surrounding environment, to be able to walk to famous sightseeing spots, and to enjoy walking during times when there are few people. Recommended！！

It's clean for the price and comes with a washer/dryer, which is convenient!Close to Tatemachi, Shintatemachi, Kanazawa Station and 21st Century Museum of Contemporary Art! There are many fashionable shops nearby and the location is great! I would like to use it again when I travel to Kanazawa. 5 people can stay on the 1st and 2nd floors, so next time I would like to stay in a group♪
