Meal…Japanese food. Both the evening and the morning were delicious. Matsutake mushrooms were also available, although I don't think they are domestically grown. The mushroom hot pot was especially good. I had the matsutake mushroom rice made into rice balls and ate it with curry udon for a late night snack. I was surprised when they served shabu-shabu for breakfast, but since it was shabu-shabu, it was refreshing. It would have been nice to have chopsticks for raw meat. The blackthroat fish was small and decent. It was great that I was able to choose my favorite fish and egg dishes.Room: A spacious and beautiful room on the second floor. There are no guest rooms next to each other and the restaurant is downstairs, so it was quiet. The bath was a semi-open-air bath, but there was no view. There was quite a lot of noise from the construction work next door.Service...at best it's friendly, at worst it's overly familiar. Use polite language. The impression was not particularly bad. All you can drink is coffee, beer, bottled carbonated juice, 100% juice, and carbonated water.

This is my first stay. Apparently Kokori-an also has an affiliated (?) inn in Inami, Toyama Prefecture. The cuisine is "creative kaiseki" and I liked that there were many dishes that made use of local ingredients. The meal started with steamed crab, followed by appetizers such as conger eel boiled in Japanese pepper, sweet sea bream and turnip soup, sashimi, jibuni, conger conger and mushroom shabu-shabu, roasted sirloin steak, and earthenware pot rice.In particular, the earthenware pot with my favorite matsutake mushrooms and Mukago was very delicious, even though it was burnt. I asked them to make a handful of the leftovers, and I received them the next day. Also, this is my first experience, but ``Curry Udon'' will be delivered at 10pm (confirmed in advance). This is also possible. I received it without leaving any soup. For breakfast, there was beef shabu-shabu and kombujime...The dried black throat fish was also small but delicious. The bowls, plates, and ornaments used for the meals were made of Kutani ware, and were quite tasteful and interesting.I also had a fun conversation with Mr. Nakai.Although the bath was only available in the room, it was relaxing.

Absolute perfection in everything. The room had a nice atmosphere and the food was served quickly. It was great to drink sake with delicious food while wearing a yukata at a hot spring inn. There were no supermarkets or convenience stores nearby, so I went to buy some late night snacks, and the curry udon and rice balls arrived around 10pm.I didn't feel the slightest complaint or dissatisfaction with the service, which completely understood the customer's thoughts.I would like to come here again on my trip to Kanazawa.

Yuwaku Onsen Kokarian is located in a small hot spring town with a history of 1,300 years, about 30 minutes by car from Kanazawa City, Ishikawa Prefecture. This hotel has four guest rooms, all with open-air baths, and all meals are served in private rooms. For drinks, there is a refrigerator on the front floor, and alcohol and juices are all free of charge. The customer service was very polite and homey, and above all, the food was all wonderful and delicious, and I was impressed by the use of local Kutani ware🏺 for the dishes. I think it's probably because there are so few rooms that the hospitality is so good. Also, they took care of us until we had a late night snack, delivering seasonal rice as rice balls and curry udon to our room at 10pm. It's nice to stay at a hotel in Kanazawa and have dinner in the city, but we recommend going a little further and relaxing at this inn!Thank you very much. It was wonderful.*There is a memorial museum for Yumeji Takehisa next to the inn, and there is also a public bath, so it's a good place for walking and sightseeing.

I want to forget about everyday life and have a luxurious time for myself... That desire started with the welcome drink of draft beer. Take a hot spring bath whenever you like, relax in a spacious space, and enjoy food with both taste and sight. Each meal was deeply moving, but the octopus shabu dinner and the extravagant breakfast were deeply engraved in my memory.

An inn whose location was unknown to several taxi drivers. What do you think of it as an inn (lol)? The landlady told me that I wasn't cute and ended up insulting the menu I ordered. If it's going to insult you, don't serve that menu (lol) Why are you offering it? (lol)During breakfast, a staff member who was constantly coughing was in charge of serving us.Thank you very much for treating us like a nuisance until the very end.I learned a lot.I won't go there again, so please don't worry, proprietress (lol)

Up to 4 groups per day can enjoy a quiet meal in a semi-private room. You can relax in the hot spring in the indoor bath whenever you like, and you can drink beer and bottled juice as much as you want. The staff are polite and kind, and the rice is elegantly plated and extremely delicious, using seasonal ingredients with gentle seasoning. Each piece of Kutani ware tableware is beautiful and beautiful. A quiet space away from the hustle and bustle. I was soothed by the hot springs surrounded by nature, where I could hear the sun filtering through the trees, the sound of rain, and the chirping of birds.

A quiet inn that can accommodate up to 4 groups, decorated with Kutani ware everywhere, making it a feast for the eyes.Yuwaku Onsen is a little far from Kanazawa city, but there is a shuttle service from Kanazawa Station. All rooms have hot springs, and both the guest rooms and bathhouses are equipped with new facilities and are highly clean.Free coffee, soft drinks, beer, etc.The food is delicious, with a focus on local fish, and the yellowtail and daikon radish are especially delicious. The reception is very hospitable and comfortable.
