It's been a while since I last heard from you.The food both in the morning and in the evening was very varied and delicious.I've been to many premium Yukai resorts, but this one was better than any other.I had a superior room, and it was spacious and comfortable. However, the flush in the toilet was poor and my mother, who was traveling with us, was very dissatisfied with it.Is it because it was so spacious that there was no hand washing area or toilet? It was.The public bath also seemed to have been renovated and was very beautiful.A shelf for storing clothes in the changing roomThe upper part was completely white with dust.I had no choice but to use the upper berth because it was a busy time, but a cleaning lady came and asked her to wipe the upper berth, but she said she would do it later.I told her I was in trouble right now, but she ignored me.Of course, even after taking a bath, the top shelf remained completely white.I couldn't understand what kind of thinking would lead to such a response.Other than the cleaning issue in the public bath, I was very satisfied with my stay.

The man who spoke the Kanto dialect was very polite and I could feel that he cared about the customers, but the woman at the front desk probably meant to respond in a cheerful manner, but I felt that she was unfriendly.I felt sick, the water was soft and the bathroom was well-cleaned.

It is an old-fashioned Japanese hot spring hotel, but the room is larger because of this. Dinner and breakfast are all buffet style.

I can't complain because of the price, but it does look a bit dilapidated and dark. Among them, the bath was good. I've been to many other Yukai restaurants, but unfortunately the customer service was the worst.
