Nice cute hotel. Friendly staff, nice hot spring and tidy rooms with daily fresh towels. The bed was a bit worn though, but luckily the second side was still okay.

1. Hotel and room. Room was pretty small as expected, clean. Didn’t like that the view was just the wall of another building. Hotel has its onsen, but i wasn’t allowed due to my tattoos. 2. Breakfast. …

The hotel is getting 3 stars instead of 2 stars because the value for money proposition tops a lot of other budget hotels in a similar price pointI had a change of room due to 4 unrecognised bugs(see pics) but I didn’t get bitten or something like that it was just disturbing to know that I’m in bed with potential enemies. As soon as I had a change of room all was wellThe recovery though was a lot lacking. When I showed the bug pics to the staff I was told after his investigation that 1. It was brought in from outside, 2. A bug spray was given to me(pic included), 3. I was offered a room change “only if I’m truly concerned”, 4. “I couldn’t go to the new room until 3pm(which is the check in time) because the room is being cleaned(not my problem, in my opinionOverall would have been a great budget stay due to where I’ve to be during the period and Shinagawa is a great station to be near to anyways.

Free cocktail bar from 18:00 to 20:00! Best thing ever! The breakfast is in western style (I love the soup), and would be stopped serving a bit early (cut off by 08:30).A bit far away from tourist spots. …

The room was a bit smaller than I expected, but that was fine. Staff were awesome and I shared my exclusive American candy with them (See's Candy).I kind of screwed up a bit with placing the wrong magnet on my door and accidentally had the cleaning staff come in almost every day of my stay, so I apologize for the trouble that may have caused. But anyway, the staff were nice and the hotel is within walking distance of an awesome noodle shop.

Very friendly staff. The onsen is nice after long days of sightseeing.Ventilation in the rooms is bad, so the air gets trapped quickly.Good hotel for a few days, but a bit far from the city center. The shrubs close by is very nice.Breakfast is ok.

Decent, clean basic hotel with everything you need for a good sleep & a nice shared bath, special pillows and beauty treatment for women. You can also watch English movies on the tv by buying a 1000 yen ticket in the hall & using the code. The area around the hotel is a quiet and charming area. The breakfast is salad, breads yoghurt, fruit, cereal and drinks easy to cater to vegans and vegetarians as well although I was told by the staff there's nothing when I contacted them before, there's enough. Adding tofu, natto or some other plantbased proteins like nuts and beans would be nice too for vegan and vegetarian and healthy eating customers. The staff are very nice.

Super Hotel is a great business hotel. The rooms are small but it is to be expected of a business hotel. The front desk was kind enough to hold the extra luggage for us so it did not cramp up our room. Breakfast had a good selection and the hotel, room, and laundry area were very clean. We also enjoyed the onsen bath while we were there.

Monorail is 10 min distance. A 5-minute walk away, there is a small Japanese shrine, so it's good for a walk, and there are restaurants nearby. The hotel room is comfortable, although not big, and the bed is rather hard. Each room has a sensibly equipped jack that can charge all devices. Each room has a small bathtub, and the Japanese-style bath on the first floor is open 24 hours a day. (It is free and is separated by men and women) Water and beverages are available 24 hours a day on the first floor. Breakfast is served free of charge from 6:30 - 8:30. Definitely visit again.
