Very large apartment-style rooms with washer and dryer. The worst thing is the location. It is located in an area a little far from everything and very unusual.

Thank you for taking care of me on this family trip. From the time I made the reservation, they were very attentive in securing a parking space and providing directions, and they also provided very thorough explanations during check-in, as well as telling me about nearby restaurants.All the staff are wonderful people.The rooms had everything you'd want to live here, and were clean and comfortable without any inconvenience.Amenities and morning snacks were also good.It was a hotel that I would definitely like to use again when I come to Kanazawa.

We have a party of 8 and we had the most perfect room to accommodate all of us plus some with 2 toilets, a kitchenette, even a massage chair. The staff are very kind and respond to messages. The breakfast is very light, but it suited us for our needs. Only 10-15 min. walk to Kanazawa station where there is shopping and food and transportation. We would definitely stay here again.

Used by a family of 4 (including 2 children) for an overnight trip to Kanazawa.Although it was a self-check-in, I was surprised that there was a receptionist when I arrived and they took care of me.Also, the receptionist, a petite woman with a short cut, was cheerfully and cheerfully serving customers, which greatly increased my likeability! I was impressed by the enthusiastic explanation using maps.Although the lobby was small, there were free drinks available, and the children were able to drink freely while waiting at the reception desk.Are you using something that was originally built as a rental apartment as a hotel?The rooms are spacious and the baths are the size of a normal home, with separate bath and toilet. Fully equipped kitchen, simple tableware and cooking utensils, washer/dryer, and bathroom dryer. It's also great for a light snack the next morning.The problem is the noise of the train and the price. I was very satisfied because the price took advantage of the Hokuriku support discount. If it's the regular price, it might be difficult to use it often.Also, although I stayed on the first floor, the interior was completely visible to people passing by outside, so please take some precautions! (lol)

We had a very large room. This had everything except one ✂️. It was super clean and quiet even though the train line was right there and our windows faced out there. The air conditioning is great and we only opened a window in a different direction every now and then.We hardly took advantage of the small breakfast that is offered here because we had cooking facilities in the room. Unfortunately there was no rice cooker, that would have made it perfect. The washing machine was definitely great. Also that you could take the detergent straight downstairs when you went in and didn't have to buy anything extra. The toilet and bathroom are separate. And you can separate a bedroom. And then what is divided there is still big. Very pleasant with children or teenagers in the room

We spent 4 nights at INOVA Kanazawa. The room is super equipped and convenient. The staff goes above and beyond. There are games to borrow at reception, coffee and snow cone machine, netflix in the room, ... We would stay here again without hesitation.

I stayed there for several nights and it was a very comfortable hotel.For breakfast, you can usually get bread and yogurt for free from 7am to 9am, and there are several types of bread, so it's so luxurious that you can't believe it's free.I am very grateful that I can get sweets such as Rumande and rice crackers, instant miso soup, and coffee for free.Also, the female staff member was very kind and was very helpful in driving me to the station when the weather was bad.The bathroom is spacious, has a TV, and has bath salts, which is great.The only thing that bothers me is the sound of the train.There were trains passing on the tracks right next to me during the night, and I woke up several times due to the noise, so if you're concerned about noise, you might want to avoid it.The third floor where I stayed was mostly on the side of the tracks, so if you are concerned about noise, it would be a good idea to contact the hotel and ask them to take you on the side opposite the tracks.I saw a few people with children, so I think they are welcome and easy to use with children.Strollers are no problem either.It's about a 10 minute walk from the station, so it's a bit far, but it's a highly recommended hotel.
