A small but cozy and very clean and comfortable guest house. Bed sheets were perfectly clean and smelt fresh, the staff was super friendly and helpful, together with a reasonable price. If you’re a backpacker this place is exactly what you want. For this price together with the location and comfort this is a great choice.

We only stayed here for one night, but we loved the location (quiet alley with lots of good eateries and close to Khao San Road) and the service. The staff is very courteous and helpful.The room was adequate and clean except for a stain on the duvet (presumably someone ate in bed). There was a funny smell in the bathroom at first, but after a few hours it was gone.If we travel to Bangkok again, we will probably stay here again.

I took the night train early in the morning and checked into the hotel (2pm). This is where I stayed because it was too hot and there was no time left. Rental room available. It was friendly, the water was warm, and the water pressure was strong, so it was great to take a shower and relax for a few hours. 500 baht from 9-14 p.m.

The hotel is taken over by a new manager. He speaks English very well and the hotel deserves a plus point for that. But he should not make promises he cannot keep. 😡 We paid 900 Bath for one night but the room really only deserves 200 Bath. The floor was really dirty, you just feel dust on your bare feet. You had to check around first to make sure there were no cockroaches. There was no toilet paper, no refrigerator (which is normally indicated on our booking), air conditioning is noisy, the room stinks,... It is very unfortunate that we have to give this review to the hotel, although we really have a positive image of Erawan House 😤

We needed to sleep while transferring between Bangkok and Trat, we arrived at the accommodation from the airport at night and the staff was ready to accommodate us. The room was nice, comfortable bed and fragrant towels. 🙏🏻 The next day we arranged a transfer on the ground floor of the hotel and the nice lady explained everything to us. Thank you for your accommodation.

We stayed there for a short time, and they let us check in a little earlier because we needed it. It is a tiny comfy hotel to stay in. The rooms are a little small, but as we used the room only to sleep and shower, that didn’t bother us.The perfect thing is the reception. The lady and the gentlemen in the reception were very nice and helped us in everything including printing some forms we need with their printer. Their English was EXCELLENT and we had no issues in communication; we are very happy for that.The hotel was in a good location, near the Koh San Road, but in a silent and street. We slept perfectly. The bathroom was very good and clean, there weren’t even a little stain on anywhere. The hot water was running without any problem. Would certainly recommend there!

The reception staff were friendly and helpful in everything, they spoke very good English. We checked in early. Hot water and air conditioning were problem-free. It is very good in terms of price/performance. It is in a very central yet quiet and safe location. I definitely recommend it.

This room provided us with almost everything we needed in a hotel room. The rooms were clean (minus the ceiling cobwebs that only a super tall person would recognize). The shower water pressure was great, although controlling hot/cold was hit or miss. The tv turned on every time I turned on the power and I usually ended up watching something, although the reception was very poor and grainy. The beds were comfortable and I got two great nights of sleep. The location of this place was awesome. The vendors in the area were amazing to visit.

Rooms are basic but completely acceptable for the price charged. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Location is excellent at the quiet end of soi Rambuttri. We liked it though for a second stay a month later on our return to Bangkok..
