I stayed here the other day on a sudden business trip.We felt like we were out of place due to the very polite and friendly customer service.Everything from answering the phone to reception was excellent, especially the young man, so much so that my company's president said, ``If you come to Hakodate, you should come here for work and private life!''We stayed overnight without meals, but as mentioned in other reviews, there are many restaurants nearby, so there was no problem!The room was very clean. No complaints.

I used it on a sudden business trip. There are restaurants and convenience stores nearby, making it very convenient. The price was reasonable considering the location, so I didn't have high expectations. The room was small, and the sink had some stains due to age, but the bed, bath, and restroom looked brand new, so I didn't feel any discomfort. Also, the check-out time was late at 11am, so it was nice to have plenty of time to prepare.

Since I was traveling for business at a time when lodging in Hakodate was still expensive, I chose a place that was cheaper than usual. I stayed there expecting it to be old and uncomfortable. The building is old and the design is quite small with unit baths, but it has been renovated very tastefully and the fixtures are tasteful and easy to use. I had a good impression that even the smallest details were considered. The breakfast was also carefully prepared and was more valuable than a buffet.
