This was my first time using it. I stayed for over a week, but my personal impression after using it is that I would not use it again. I will not stay even if it is for one night.I think they are doing their best in terms of price, and I can appreciate the location and the quality of facilities, but I am tired of the unexpected troubles and the arrogant tone of the front desk man. During my stay, I couldn't relax thinking about what would happen next. Many people have given very harsh reviews, but in terms of hardware, I think it's cheap, may be considered close to Asahikawa Station, and has facilities comparable to older business hotels. Masu.So if you are satisfied with this alone, I might recommend it.The first problem is the unpleasant tone and attitude of the male owner at the front desk, and the second problem is the trouble. After checking other people's reviews, it seems like everyone is saying the same thing. If there is a way to have a comfortable stay at this inn, it will depend on how well you get along with the man at the front desk.In fact, I encountered some problems that I had never experienced anywhere else. That's why I had a less-than-pleasant experience, including dealing with the front desk.I think that the facilities of the hotel itself are well-equipped, although they are a little old, but the man at the front desk is quite blunt.I think that the appearance and facilities of the hotel can be described as an average business hotel. However, if you try to ask the owner to treat you with the same level of politeness that you would expect from a standard business hotel, you will be disappointed and have your emotions turned on you.I had researched online reviews before lodging and knew that the front desk would be like that, so I was very careful about the reception.I recall the attitude of the man at the front desk when I checked in, and he told me that he was only doing one surgery, which could be interpreted as an excuse. His tone also makes it seem like he is treating me as a friend or worse. There were definitely some troubles that I wouldn't have had in other accommodation experiences. As is often the case when staying at a hotel for a long time, when you go out in the morning, leave the trash can, towels, and yukata (bedding) outside the door, and when you return, the cleaning staff will put new ones in a bag hung at the door. They will prepare it for you. When I returned home one day, my yukata was not in my bag. This happened to me a couple of times, and when I went out, I left a note on my bed and told the cleaning staff (see photo).Having trouble, I went to the front desk and called the man at the front desk using the bell. When I told them (no), they brought the yukata out from the warehouse on the 5th floor in the elevator. However, I was surprised twice when I was told that there was no obi.According to the man, the obi will be reused, so there is no need to take it out when you go out.I have never experienced reusing belts anywhere else, and this was not explained to me by the front desk at check-in. I remember hearing this for the first time at this point. Also, before that, maybe because the front desk work is a one-off operation, or because it's often in a separate room as mentioned above, I had something to contact you about before checking in, so I called, but I tried to call again and again. I can't connect either. I tried other contact methods, but to no avail, so one afternoon I called back about 10 times, and finally got through around 9:30.As I have written about, there are cases where you are staying for a short period of time, such as one night, and you hardly need to talk to the owner (although you may still get tired of it), and those who are used to this kind of software environment, who do not find it very unpleasant, and who do not care about it. You may also find it useful.Or, like me, I think it's better to do plenty of research beforehand and prepare accordingly.(On a side note, I feel really sorry for the couple who used this service under the Happy Birthday plan to commemorate their birthday and reviewed it because they had an unexpectedly unpleasant experience.)I think it's pretty standard in terms of facilities, price, and location, so I gave it two stars based on that.Especially in this area, the prices are cheaper than others, so if that's all you rely on, it might be a good idea.I've only written about the shortcomings, but the men at the front desk are also quite friendly if you open up and talk to them. Of course, they will also give you detailed explanations about how to use the hotel. However, if you try to open up to them carelessly, you will get into trouble again, so if you are sensitive, you should be very careful. I was also asked in an unpleasant tone, ``Why did you come here this time?'' and even asked about topics that invaded my privacy, and I still have bad memories of that.It is certainly reasonable compared to others, and it may be said that it is worth the price considering the usage fee, but depending on the troubles and unpleasant interactions with the front desk man, it may be less than the price, especially for older people and such front desk men. If you are not used to the tone, you may want to forget even the experience of using it. If such a risk is serious, I think it's better to look elsewhere and think carefully rather than just looking at the price.
