The room facilities are basically complete and the cleanliness is acceptable. However, the toilet seat has obvious flower marks and the appearance is poor. The room was very clean and bright. The room was on the small side, and the 24" phone I brought couldn't be opened flat. The breakfast quality was not good.

It's close to the station, and there are plenty of places to eat, convenience stores, and shopping nearby. Check-in and check-out are also easy with machines.I am grateful that I can take my toothbrush and other necessary amenities by myself next to the front desk.The employees also responded courteously. I would like to use it again.

I stayed in a twin room that had not been renovated.Although it's old, you can tell from the cleanliness of the bathroom that they take good care of it.The room didn't smell that bad considering it was a smoking room.I stayed for 2 nights with breakfast included, but I wasn't excited on the second day because there weren't many items. Miso soup had the same ingredients. I liked the breakfast venue because it was large, there weren't many people, it was clean, and the cost performance was good. Unfortunately, the coffee was not tasty.It's close to the station, so you can move around without getting wet even in the rain. Lawson and 7-Eleven are nearby and convenient.It was convenient because there were rental cars and car sharing nearby.There are places to eat and drink nearby and the prices are low, so I will use it again when I travel to Yokohama.

In the past, we often used the restaurant on the second floor of this building.We were truly at the mercy of Corona.This is the former Isezakicho Washington Hotel, and the Lawson on the first floor has remained the same since then.This hotel is in a great location and we look forward to providing good service in the future.Good luck Chisun Hotel Yokohama Isezakicho! ! !

Convenient location near the station. Unlike when he was at the Washington Hotel, he brought his own nightwear from a shelf in the hallway.I bring my own coffee, tea, toothbrushes, etc. from a storage area near the reception desk, but I was shocked to see a customer who appeared to be Chinese bring so many items.I used a double room, but since it was just two single beds pushed together and a double-sized cover, there was a step between the beds, so I tried to sleep in the center, but my body hurt and I couldn't use it, so I ended up sleeping on either the left or right side of the single bed. I ended up going to bed.

The location is great.I boiled water in a pot, but the water was lukewarm.I wonder if it's broken.The shampoo and conditioner didn't suit my hair either.Even though it's such a big hotel, there are 2 coin laundry machines with 4 machines in total.I went to see it every day but couldn't use it.

The response was ``I'll be careful.''...Hmm? …picture? ...?Is something strange?Normally, I'm asking because I cook rice every day...Isn't the answer wrong? lol!I felt like I wasn't a domestic person??Rice, porridge, hard Akita Komachi, regular rice...but there are only 3 types...so disappointingFor 980 yen...I feel like it can't be helped...but the breakfast is disappointing.

I stayed here during a live show.It's close to the station, stadium, and Chinatown, so it's convenient for sightseeing.The room is showing its age, but the price was cheap and I didn't feel any inconvenience while staying there.However, it seems that the cleaning surface was not very thorough, and there was a large amount of long hair and dust entangled in the drain of the bath, and when I took a shower, the water could not drain completely and flowed back into the bathtub.There were many disappointing areas in terms of cleaning, such as nail chips falling in the room.

It's very convenient as it's right next to Isezaki Chojamachi Station on the Subway Blue Line and within walking distance from Kannai Station 👍It's a very nice hotel with spacious rooms and well-equipped amenities.I would like to stay here again from now on 🌷

We were extremely pleased with our stay here. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They do speak English for those of us who do not speak Japanese. And if they are unable to, they are very quick to use a translator.Rooms are very comfortable and luxurious. You are provided with Robes, slippers, toiletries, brush, toothbrush, Electric kettle, tea, coffee, sugar, creamer, cups and a shoe horn. The tub was deep and very roomy and comfortable.Hotel is about across the street from the subway and a close walk to the train station. Lawson Convenient Store is downstairs and 7-11 is across the street. There are several great restaurants close by to eat. We really enjoyed everything about this place and highly recommend it.

I was soaking in a bathtub with hot water in it, and when I pulled out the stopper to get out, the hot water started flowing towards the toilet, and a lot of dirt from the bath came out, and the floor was slightly flooded. did. It was very cold.When I called, the front desk person was polite, but somehow...Ah, as expected...In fact, I had a reaction that felt like it wasn't the first time it had happened.picture? I think this is unusual! ? !I thought.The new room has been renovated~That's what the front desk person said, so I think they are probably renovating in order, but they don't want the customers to notice.If this isn't the first time, they should make sure the other rooms are ok when they clean it. I used this hotel because of its good location to go to a concert at the stadium. After checking in after the concert, I picked up the carry case I had left with me, and when I opened it in my room, I noticed that the handle was broken. I couldn't adjust the slide part, so I had to lift it up most of the time the next day. Before I dropped it off, I was using it normally without any discomfort, so I don't know when it happened or what caused it. I left the hotel feeling hazy and uncomfortable.

Nice, clean, good price, in the center of the town, lots of green area, and convenient, the subway is right in front of the hotel. Check out until 11am so it is very relax. The view from the window is very beautiful. All in all 10/10

Used during live performance at Pia Arena MMIt's right in front of you when you exit the stationThere is a Lawson on the first floor, which is very convenient.I used a twin smoking room and it was very spacious and comfortable! The sofa was large and two people could sit comfortably.The location is perfect and the price is low, so if I ever go to Yokohama again, I'd definitely use it.

The moment the elevator opened, the room key fell into the gap in the elevator. I never thought there would be quite a gap...I paid 1100 yen for the loss.What bad timing...The room was spacious enough for one person and I was able to spend some relaxing time there. 👍️The room was beautiful and felt clean.

The location is good as it is close to Chinatown, but the rooms are old and dirty considering the price. The air conditioner cannot be adjusted and there is no switch for the ventilation fan in the bathroom.There was only one outlet next to the bed, and even though there were two people sleeping in a double bed, only one person could charge their smartphone, so the other one had to charge it next to the TV.The worst thing of all was that the air conditioner vents were full of mold and I felt really bad breathing in the air from such a place.I don't want to stay there again.
