The inside of the hotel was clean and the lobby was spacious and very nice, but the area around the hotel was old and didn't feel well maintained. There's nothing around, so I wonder if they'll come and spend a lot of money to stay there.

The view was nice, but the room was a little old and the breakfast was average. Although it is a large hotel, the hot springs were very average, the opening hours were short, and the open-air baths were open in shifts.

I stopped by while driving and only used the cafe.It doesn't look big from a distance, but when you climb to the top of the mountain, it becomes a rather gigantic building. It is also famous for the Toyako Summit, and many heads of state have stayed here. From the breezeway inside the building, you can take pictures overlooking Lake Toya, which are familiar from pamphlets. I took them with my iPhone, but some people were taking pictures with professional equipment. It wasn't sunny that day, but we could see the surface of the lake.I can't deny that the building is old, but I thought I'd like to stay there next time.

I think the rooms are pretty good, but the quality of the employees is very poor. I was scared because he was so talkative and quarrelsome. I even struck up a strange kindred spirit with another guest who was nearby, saying, ``As an employee, I can't believe how you treated me.'' The rooms and views are good, so you should think carefully before deciding whether to stay there.
