A family of 5 (adults) stayed in a standard 6-person room for 2 nights. The room is large and beautiful. There are many cheap coin parks nearby. No complaints at all. I have no comments other than satisfaction. The cost performance was great. thank you very much.

Five people stayed in a family room with six single beds.I think I bought it because it is spacious and easy to use. However, there was a lot of noise coming from upstairs. From morning until late at night, I could hear the sounds of my child running, and I had a hard time returning to my room for two of the three days I stayed there.I called the hotel and received a response, but unfortunately it was temporary. The hotel was built as an apartment building, soSoundproofing doesn't seem to be very good.Rich was very good. However, for three nights, one bath towel, one face towel, one toothpaste, and one box of tissues were not enough. It seems that the room was to be cleaned once every 7 days. This hotel seems to have room for improvement.

From New Chitose Airport to SapporoIt is located in the residential area of Maruyama Park rather than in the center. There are many apartments, so it seems that they have been renovated. The reception is not on site and is self-service.However, the reception procedure on the touch panelJust go with the flow. One important thing is the internetWhen you make a reservation, you will receive an email with a PIN number to enter the elevator, so please make sure you do not miss it.Even if you miss it, you will not be able to enter the elevator. The contact information was provided, so even though I didn't know about it, I was able to call the person in charge to confirm.Completely unmanned reception, except for customers.Although I never see the faces of the staff,The people who use it also keep it clean. There is also a shared kitchen and living room.Everyone, after using it, there is garbage scattered around. No, it's very beautiful.Around the bed, toilet and shower roomIt's more beautiful than a business hotel.Shampoo, conditioner, lotion, emulsionBedding, toothbrushing set andThere was always a brush available, but there was no brush, so you had to bring your own. Even for women traveling aloneA capsule hotel where you can stay with peace of mindIt's reasonably priced and you can leave your luggage there even if you stay for several nights. You can rest assured that you can store it.

Dormitory type, I had a comfortable stay. It's comfortable except that it was difficult to type in the reservation number because there were so many digits.I was careless and forgot my charger, and I couldn't use the rental charger because it was rented.I think a manned hotel could have overcome that crisis a little, but it's cheap because it's unmanned. It's amazing that they were able to achieve this cleanliness at this price.

An uninhabited inn.First, enter your PIN into the elevator, then enter it on your tablet when checking in at the lobby. The room key also uses a PIN code, which is a sign of thorough labor cost reduction. However, the rooms are designed for long-term stays and are well-equipped with everything from refrigerators to tableware. It was very comfortable.

It tastes bland. From Maruyama Koen StationDormitory and hotel in one building, about 3 minutes away.Basic facilities are new and in place. The entrance counter is unmanned for check-in.The tastelessness here isNo hospitality services, equipment, or displays whatsoever.Although there is a kettle, there is no refrigerator, tableware, tea, coffee, etc.If the dormitory is over 5,000 yenUnmanned and labor-savingI want the minimum level of hospitality equipment.

A hotel that is a renovated condominium. The front desk is also unmanned. This is a modern hotel that makes full use of the internet. The room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with a kitchen. The elevator also required a PIN number, but the reservation email didn't include that number so I had to call. Also, it was a hassle to check in by entering all the addresses, names, and phone numbers of all guests on the tablet. It may be a little difficult for older people.Conveniently located near the subway station, supermarkets, and convenience stores. If you are driving, please note that there is no parking lot. However, there are many coin parking lots in the surrounding area.

The room would have been great, very modern and the amenities (except for the unusable wifi) are good. But it's impossible to sleep here. Even though the dormitory is on the levels below, presumably groups of young travelers are booking the big rooms as well. It's almost midnight and it's been incredibly loud (lots of stomping and jumping, throwing things onto the floor, smashing doors, dragging suitcases and chairs over the floor, etc) already since 4 hours continuously! After 10pm we called the reception twice and they said they would have contacted the room causing the noise, but there's no change at all. It's impossible to relax after a tiring day of travelling nor can we sleep. In the morning of course it started again short before 7, so in case the bright room doesn't wake you up other rooms will. The wifi is also not usable. No matter which floor we try, the connection is so slow that even a simple Google search takes up to 1 minute to load, and any kind streaming is effectively blocked or doesn't load.Given that we paid 20k JPY per night for 2 people, this both is unacceptable.Other rather negative:Also note that the blinds let in a lot of light and the sun rises very early in Japan. The room was daylight bright from about 4:30 AM (see picture, this is as dark as the blinds get). The sink area is technically in an adjacent room but there's no door, which seems like a missed opportunity to give more privacy and noise isolation for the own travelers. The only blankets/duvets are heavy thick winter duvets, which are too hot even with the air conditioner running. One also had dried blood on it (on the duvet itself which easily slides out of the open sides).Check in didn't work, staff had to be called (speaks no English) to reset the system. Luckily we were there at a time the staff was present.
