The bathhouse was renovated in March 2023, and a wonderful sauna fully equipped with auto-rolling equipment opened, but it is very unpleasant that there are too many extremely filthy saunars who go directly from the changing room to the sauna room without washing their bodies.Facilities urgently need to take some countermeasures, such as posting cautionary notes at the entrances and exits of changing rooms and sauna spaces.2024.3 P.S.The 1,200 yen omelet rice at the restaurant was actually white rice...2024.10 P.S.To be honest, almost anything on the restaurant menu is not good. Anything other than the ramen mini bowl set and yakisoba is not allowed, and all noodles are not allowed in large portions.About three sauna regulars do whatever they want, including sticking a shower hose into the water bath and raising the temperature. One of the regulars is an insane old man who throws out the water in the Japanese peppermint's Roryu water tank without permission and replaces it with fresh water. Even though the water bath does not have circulation filtration, the faucet is locked and you cannot add water, only the chiller, making it extremely unsanitary. A friend of mine who had bought a three-month pass to go there was also upset that he wasn't going anymore.

I used it on Hokkaido bike touring. This time I had a small bike and there was no rain forecast, so I parked it in the parking lot area, next to the wall of the building. There was enough space to park under the roof, so if you asked, you might have been able to park there. There are no convenience stores or restaurants nearby, so I think it would be better to stop by before check-in and prepare some food, but I had dinner at the on-site restaurant, so it wasn't an inconvenience. The public bath has large rocks and is not a hot spring, but you can bathe in it morning and night, and it felt soothing. In the morning, I took a walk around the Kinsenkyo Gorge and Rakuyo Falls, which are right behind the hotel, and it was more impressive than I had imagined. You can walk to Kinsenkyo Gorge from the front signboard, but if you just want to go to the waterfall, it's easier and closer if you go from the back of the parking lot, as there are almost no steps or slopes, and it only takes 1 to 2 minutes.Breakfast was also good for this price, and since I was a single person, the room was spacious and comfortable.
