Perfect place to begin our Niseko area adventure. Cosy, modern and well appointed with the basics. Great location with many restaurant options close by. Quality 7-11 snacks next door. Easy walk to the train station.

A wonderful experience staying in Kutchan. Excellent communication prior to our stay, providing a warm welcome to start or journey. The rooms are modern, and spacious with everything you need. Fantastic location, close to the station, lovely dining options and convenience stores for supplies. Highly recommended for an adventure.

Danny was fantastic, so friendly and helpful. Hotel is in a great location and is clean and fairly quiet. Parking directly outside. My only criticism is that more thought is needed in the rooms for storage. More shelves, perhaps space under the bed, more places to hang coats and snowboard gear and so on. See you again!

Amy and the staff were incredibly helpful and provided us with last minute accommodation. The room was great, and it’s a short walk to the train station. Great food at Snowy downstairs as well! Will stay here again if I’m ever back in the area!

The atmosphere is very comfortable. There is parking space for customers next to it. The service staff are friendly and can communicate in English. It is a very suitable place for a short break. In terms of catering, the blueberry milkshake is also highly recommended.

Stayed here for a week in July. The room was very nice and everything was clean. I've stayed in smaller places, for more, in other hotels around Japan. The staff was super courteous and helpful. Lots of options nearby for food.
