Sauna available for overnight stayI think the hotel has good rooms and customer service despite its low price.There are few restaurants within walking distance.Everything about the private sauna was great: hot, cold, and outside.What's worrisome is that the outdoor bathing space can be seen from neighboring apartments.Although it is concealed, it looks normal, and I could see several people peeking in from the apartment.You can see a little bit of the inside from the front apartment, so it's a bit of a concern.There is a blind at the entrance to the outdoor bath, but it's difficult to raise and lower it every time.It would be really great if this area could be improved!I will definitely use it again!

This is the perfect place for a couple or for remote work. There's a coworking space and a café, both of which you can use. My room didn't have room for luggage, so is a bit awkward. But it's really clean and pragmatic. Walking distance from centre of city.

I stayed at the annex, but even though the facilities are twin beds, they are not arranged with consideration to daily activities, so it is quite inconvenient.I thought the twin room would be more suitable for solo travelers. (There's really no place to put your luggage.)It is quite inconvenient for families, and as mentioned above, there is no place to store luggage.The floor was cracked and the child was injured.Although my husband is 90% at fault for making the reservation without researching the hotel.Annex's equipment focuses on design, so it is not very practical and cannot be recommended.The bed is too soft, so people with back pain should avoid it, and the bed frame and mattress are not compatible.As for the toilet, the toilet paper and holder are not compatible, making it difficult to use.The bathroom was very cleanThe room in another building was very nice, so maybe the child would have been safer there. I thought.coffee was very deliciousIt would have been 5 stars if I was traveling alone.

It was the best accommodation ✨I think the room, food, coffee, services, etc. are all perfect (for me ☺️). Thanks to the smiling faces of all the staff, I was able to have a great time even though I was traveling alone. thank you for helping me. Thank you very much 😊

The ventilation fan in the bathroom is pitch black, there is no stand to put the carry bag on, I don't know where to open it lolI thought it was concrete, but instead it was just wallpaper, and the sound of cleaning in the morning echoed.The room is dark unless you turn on the bedside clip lights. The bed frame is full of dust. . .It felt like a renovated one-room wooden apartment.The customer service was wonderful.It was easy to get in and out because the parking lot and the annex entrance were close. A rest room near the parking lot? I don't know if it was my neighbor or my neighbors, but it smelled like cigarettes all the time.When I was leaving the HOTEL, I noticed a vacuum cleaner and a laundry bag at the entrance. The staff who were probably working outside did not say hello.

This is a hotel in Kikusui. The subway station is also nearby, and there are restaurants such as Soraya and Tatsumi Kitchen within a 10-minute walk.Also, there is not a lot of traffic on the road in front of the hotel, so there is almost no noise from outside, making it a very quiet place.However, there were young people staying this time.I was very disappointed that the banging noise continued for a long time in the middle of the night, making it difficult to sleep.I have used this service many times, but this is the first time something like this has happened to me, so I am very confused!Well, there is no doubt that it is basically a hotel with a very nice atmosphere!There is also a cafe on the first floor, and the coffee and light snacks are also very delicious.
