I was late to check in at the hotel, so when I tried to call, I couldn't get in touch with the staff because they kept saying guidance.I've stayed at many hotels, but this was the first time I'd ever been in a hotel where I couldn't get in touch.

Although the room is a bit old, it is very clean and has no bugs. It’s just that the air-conditioning is central air-conditioning and the temperature cannot be adjusted. Even in Sapporo’s 6-degree weather, the room felt a bit hot.The breakfast at the hotel is also great. The senior male waiters can also see that they pay attention to details in their work. For example: they will actively assist people with limited mobility and provide suitable tools (very good)Location: No. 6, Li Xiao Road. Eating, drinking and shopping are not a problem. There are trams and bus stops nearby

I went with my mother and I was very satisfied. The advantage is that it is a duplex, so the luggage and sleeping space can be completely separated, which was fine for me, but it may be uncomfortable when going down the stairs to go to the bathroom at night. Also, I am sensitive to light, but the blackout was really good here, so I was very satisfied. I was hesitant about whether to eat breakfast or not, but I ate one on the first day and had no regrets. It's a condensed version of specialties such as fresh Hokkaido yogurt, Genghis Khan, Kaisendon, and even soup curry, so you don't have to go out to eat it. And the coffee and pudding for dessert are also very delicious. It's a great idea to add breakfast. Also, there is a bus stop right in front, so you can go straight to the airport, so transportation is convenient, and the Tanukikoji shopping mall is right in front, so it's easy to eat, and I was very satisfied.

The location is good, but the room is old, not cleaned carefully, and there is dust in some places. The soundproofing is not very good either, especially in the bathroom where you can hear the sound of water flushing from other rooms.

Although the price is low, the location is good as there is a convenience store inside, and of course the building is a bit old (*) for the price. There's nothing wrong with staying there, but there are two things that make me feel like it's almost Showa-era.* Roughly the end of the bubble economy: I think it was built at the beginning of the Heisei era. As you can see, it's not a Showa era building, but it's a bit old now.In addition, the front desk is clean and has amenities that say ``Whatever you like'', and as a hotel, the motivated employees are not unpleasant at all.[Two points that I felt were old]1. The bathroom has no ventilation fan and smells like mold.2. You can't set the temperature of the air conditioner, and you can only select "air conditioner large, medium, small, or OFF" using the knob. ⇒ Also, there is a large "air conditioner exhaust vent" under the window (old-style: white metal, right below the window frame). The wind coming from the building was quite noisy.Although the price is low, there are some drawbacks, so if you are concerned about the above, it is better to think about it before making a reservation.
