I would like to have more employees who can speak Japanese and understand things inside the building (how do the elevators in the building work, where are they located, etc.)

Tanbo no Yu was very nice❗It was a mixed bath, wrapped in a special towel, but I was able to take a bath with my husband and son, and it was a different experience than usual. The room was big enough for 3 people, and the food was delicious.I would like to stay again if I have a chance.

I have visited the hot springs several times for day trips, but this is my first time staying overnight. Although it was a small study group of 9 people, we were able to have a meeting without inconveniencing other guests because they arranged 4 sufficiently spacious guest rooms without having to rent a conference room. Most of all, I was captivated by the clean rooms, the detailed information you would find at a famous inn, and the exquisite cuisine made using Kutani ware tableware. The rice field bath at night, which I couldn't experience on a day trip, was also very pleasant. The participants, who came from all over the world, were fully satisfied. Events with a capacity of 50 people are also possible. Close to the airport, convenient location even without a car, and prices unimaginable in Kanazawa. It's a super secret spot.

This was also an inn where the price and content did not match. First of all, the atmosphere of the inn is dark. Are you stingy with light bulbs? It's so dark. There aren't many guests, so it may be an inn that caters to groups. Although it was a room with an open-air bath, the room was also dark for some reason. I can't feel cheerful. Cleanliness is also not good. There were spider webs and spiders at the entrance to the open-air bath, and the bath mat and towels had a fishy smell. Dinner and breakfast are served by foreigners like a machine. The taste is not good either. The employees just put the food there, so they don't know how to eat it or make it. The problem is not that foreigners are no good, but that the minimum necessary services are not provided. Absolutely no repeats. Although we have kind employees, I think it will be difficult for an inn to improve its physical aspects.

It was a very attractive mixed bathing open-air bath. Women also said that it was good to wear special bath towels instead of bathing clothes because it gave them a sense of freedom. The open-air bath attached to the guest room is constantly flowing with natural hot spring water. This was my first time in a room with an open-air bath like this. Highly recommended for couples.

The hot water at Tatsuguchi Onsen was not suitable for me.I felt a stinging pain.(My wife didn't feel it, so I think it's a personal feeling.)However, the location of Tanbo no Yu was spectacular. The cleaning was perfect and the atmosphere was great.
