Even though it was a smoking floor, the smell of cigarettes was a bit strong.Other than that I'm satisfied.

I booked a single room for 2 nights, but mysteriously I got a room with 2 twin beds. The room had a poorly installed door and felt a little old, but it was acceptable. The room was spacious and had a sofa. The soundproofing was excellent and I slept well. The bathroom and toilet are separate.Unfortunately, the air conditioner smelled a little musty.

Don't add to the breakfast here. The contents of the buffet are also poor, and you won't be able to eat popular dishes if you arrive late, as missing dishes are never replenished. Seafood also lacks the typical frozen taste and has a dry texture. Also, although soy sauce and sauce are placed on each table, I have to say that the management is sloppy as some of the soy sauce jugs were clogged and wouldn't come out. Breakfast cost 1,600 yen, but it's worth getting your money back.I received a reply from the hotel, but I can't trust it at all after paying for breakfast and only being provided with terrible content.

Booked a room for five, and it was spacious. It was relatively visibly clean. Furnitures and desks however look old, likely because made up of wood. Overall, still good for the room and the location of the hotel.

A family of four used it, each person using one bed, and it was the largest room we have ever stayed in. The bathroom was also convenient as both the bathing area and the washing area were separate. I really liked the bathroom. It felt like I was in a private bathroom! (It was great that the warm water came out well) The bed was not narrow, it was the size of a super single, and the items provided were always well-stocked, which was nice. The service was good. The downside is that it is a bit far from Susukino Station (5-10 minutes), so you have to walk, and there is Shiseikan Shogakkomae Station in front, but it is a streetcar, so you have to walk to catch the subway.Because the building is old, you can easily hear noise between floors. In the off-season, it may seem quiet because there are few people using it, but in the peak season, if both the floor next door and upstairs make loud noises in the morning, you can hear the noise while sleeping.(Of course, when I went there, the child upstairs was running around the room at full speed, making the sound of his feet echoing loudly. The parents didn't seem to be stopping the children.) Other than that, it was quiet. If you are willing to visit again, YES.Large room, good service and room condition at an affordable price. I am satisfied because there are many advantages that make up for the shortcomings.
