We did not have a nice experience here, it's the only hotel out of the hotels we stayed at in Japan that I could not recommend. Firstly, our (non-smoking) room reeked of cigarette smoke most of the time (someone nearby was clearly smoking - a lot). Secondly, the room was hot and stuffy - you couldn't open the window, and the air conditioning was centrally controlled. Then our fridge broke down. The final straw was when we checked out and asked could they keep our luggage for a bit until it was time to go to the airport. A male member of staff acted like this was a huge imposition and that he'd rather not. It was bizarre, very different to our experience in Japanese hotels overall. On the upside, the rooms are unusually large.

Accommodation period: September 2024Reservation grade: Deluxe twinAssigned room: 3F*Since I spend about 150 nights a year both in Japan and overseas, this is mostly a memo for myself. The main things to focus on are bathing, gym, and laundry. I don't really care about cleanliness.*Only text because I accidentally deleted the photos etc. of the room.■OverviewIt's cheap for a hotel in central Sapporo and the rooms are spacious, so it's not bad. However, access from New Chitose Airport or Sapporo Station is honestly not very convenient, so be careful if you have large luggage. The big bath is a plus point. The negative point is that there is no sunlight and the interior feels dark and old.■LocationThe nearest station is Higashi Honganji-mae tram station, but I don't have many opportunities to use it. From New Chitose Airport, go to JR Sapporo Station and transfer to the subway, then walk for at least 10 minutes from Susukino Station, or take the airport bus to Minami Sanjo (Susukino) and walk for at least 20 minutes. The location is not very convenient in terms of access. There is a convenience store next to the hotel, Family Mart, and Tsuruha Drug a little further ahead, making it convenient to purchase sweets, beer, etc. It's close to the Susukino area and not far from Tanukikoji, so eating and drinking is no problem.■Indoor-WidthIt's spacious and satisfying for the price.-sceneryworst. Even though I checked in immediately after 3:00 pm, I was assigned a room at the far end of the 3rd floor, the lowest floor of the guest room floor, and I could only see the building next door from the window. It's a business hotel so I didn't expect a great view, but I would have liked a better room.-WifiAround 30Mb/s-bathtubAlthough it is a unit, the bathtub is quite large and satisfying.(I am 175cm tall and was able to stretch my legs considerably.)The washroom is also quite spacious.-Hot water temperatureNo problem at all, piping hot water comes out.-Power of hot waterNo problems at all, strong momentum-Bed hardnessSlightly hard-refrigeratorSlightly smaller (up to 2 2 liter plastic bottles)-Security boxcan be-OutletIt's on the bedside and also on the desk.-hangermany-balconynone-tv setcan be-dryercan be-toothbrushcan be-Noise (adjacent room, outdoor)Nothing special outdoorsI could hear the noise of night activities in the next room (but not too noisy)■Gymnone■LaundryThere is a washing machine (200 yen/time) and a dryer (100 yen/30 minutes) on the 2nd floor of the hotel. You must bring your own detergent or purchase it at the hotel.■CleaningOnce every 3 nights (not available for 1 or 2 nights)Towels changed and garbage disposal daily■MealsNo meals for overnight stay■StaffThe front staff's response was neither good nor bad.The foreign staff don't smile, so it looks a little scary.■Others- Pamphlets of restaurants recommended by the staff are placed in front of the front desk, categorized by genre (ramen, seafood, etc.), which is helpful.・The hallway on the 3rd floor has a pervasive smell of cigarettes.

6-7 minutes west of central Susukino, you might want an umbrella if it rains. There is Lawson and a famous ramen shop right in front of the hotel, so there is no inconvenience for business use. The only amenities are toothbrushes. You don't have to buy a razor for 300 yen, but there was a razor in the sauna mentioned below. It is unclear whether the TV in the room can be connected to HDMI. For wired LAN, there is a cable at the desk. Breakfast is a daily set meal. Western and Japanese food is served depending on the day. Drip coffee can be brought to the front desk. Water was also provided daily. The room is spacious and has an outlet near the bed. Although the bath is a unit, it is large enough for even a person of 177cm to stretch out. Best of all, you can use the hot spring sauna across the street for just 300 yen. (The price will increase to 600 yen from December 2024, but it is still cheap.) There are some comments online about dissatisfaction with the staff's response, but I had no such issues and had a comfortable stay.
