Title: Unmatched Hospitality at The Vale NisekoAfter being unable to travel since 2020 due to the pandemic, we were amazed by the exceptional service provided by The Vale Niseko. Despite the long interval, the hotel managed our luggage with great care for over four years, ensuring it was safe and sound until our return. In 2024, when we decided not to ski, the team at The Vale Niseko went above and beyond once again, arranging for our luggage to be sent back to Hong Kong efficiently and without any hassle. Their dedication to guest satisfaction is truly unparalleled. For anyone planning a trip to Niseko, I cannot recommend The Vale Niseko highly enough. Their commitment to making our stay comfortable, even in the most challenging times, truly sets them apart. We look forward to returning and experiencing more of their outstanding hospitality!

For such a well known resort there are few first class hotels in Niseko. The Vale is one of them and its location at the bottom of the main run is also a huge selling point. It’s hardly full of character but it makes up for all of that in terms of efficiency.

Encountered incident behaviour of female staff at the front desk a few times as the other reviewed. I got shocked as my previous stay was fine. Please consider to hire more suitable people who have not only professional manner bur kindness as human being.

My experience at The Vale Niseko was overall fantastic, but there were some challenges being the end of the ski season that if we had been informed would have made us choose differently. …

Excellent location to sneak in a spring ski trip. Staff were always lovely with services and recommendations. Great breakfast, ski to door, onsen afterwards. All at the hotel. That was our daily process. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Free laundry downstairs made it that extra bit easier.

Fantastic stay at The Vale!Very friendly staff that offers a drive to the gondola station or a ski shop. You can also ski right to the hotel door . The onsen, sauna and swimming pool are all what you need after the long ski day!The restaurant bar is lovely with the most friendly bartender in the world! The apartment had everything that was needed; comfy beds, kitchen and baths.Overall, our experience is 5 out of 5🤩

Had such an amazing time staying at the Vale! My first time skiing and the hotel was a perfect location to the mountain, and I couldn’t wait to get back to the rooms after a long day on the slopes. Isabella was amazing on the front desk- recommended other activities for us and booked plenty of dinner’s too. She was able to organise a driver for us, Andrew and Kayne from Freshwater, who were so prompt and got us around Niseko safely.Couldn’t recommend staying here more! The onsen is just amazing too.
