I used the family plan with my children.First of all, the main premise is that this is a hotel for adults only.Safety for small children was close to zero.I had two serious injuries that required me to go to the hospital.I slipped and hit a corner and my eyelids swelled to the point where I couldn't open them.The automatic door on my way home slammed open, and my hand got caught in my hand and my eyelids swelled to the point of swelling.After checking out of the hotel, I immediately went to the hospital.The sofa and table are not anti-slip and can be moved by a small child.And it's extremely slippery, including the bathroom and hallway.There are so many sharp corners that are just at eye level for small children to slide on.When I entered the room, was there a chipped piece of tile on the floor? A child touched one of these and cut his finger.There were many places in the bathroom that were moldy, and when the curtains were opened, the windows were completely white, making it unsanitary. (I can't see the sea)It seems that reservations are required for rental items such as toys and futons (it's not written anywhere), but when we arrived there were none.I ordered some food for dinner, but it was all expensive and tasted weird, so I thought it would be better to order food delivered or buy some food to bring in.Also, the built-in refrigerator doesn't get cold at all.Also, the lady at the front desk was very pushy, and when I went to pay the bill on the way home, I couldn't put new bills in the automatic payment machine, so when I called the front desk...I just asked if you would use new bills? I was told this twice (I wasn't asked)I was asked if there were any cash vouchers available, but maybe they were new vouchers? Did I say that...? Sorry, it's hard to understand...↑Even if you include everything, I personally think the location is good, it's cheap, and the kids seemed to have a lot of fun, so I think I'll come again. (Next time, I will pay attention to various things.)

Well, I guess it can't be helped at this price, but I definitely won't use it during the busy season.First of all, the equipmentIt's like ○○ room, but you can't use the services there...Moreover, orders are placed by phone these days.TV and other remote controls are difficult to operate.I can only watch regular TV properly.The sea was also mentioned in other reviews, but the windows were dirty...The sea is also a little far awayThe location is also off the main street.Hmm, next time I go, I'd rather go to a regular business hotel closer to the station.

You better do something about your accounting! !It's normal to pay for your room these days, but here you'll have to run into other guests at the reception desk, so it's awkward. I think it is better to improve it as soon as possible.

As others have written, the customer service was not very good.The room was nice and spacious even though it was a cheap room, but I think the cleaning was poor.The bathroom was especially tight. It was full of mold. The mold on the gasket may be unavoidable, but the mold on the walls was terrible. It can be removed by rubbing. Also, the gap in the door was dirty. The provided hair dryer was also dirty, and hair was caught in the curling iron.I thought it was a waste since the location was good and there were nice places to go out. I was disappointed even though I had high expectations.
