The location was good, and the employees were proactive.However, because my room was right in front of the elevator, I was woken up many times in the middle of the night and early in the morning by elevator announcements and voices. The door may be too thin.

Highly recommend this hotel. We stayed for a few nights during the Sapporo Autumn Food Festival (which is also great!) Great location just a couple blocks from Odori Park. Coming from Tokyo, the room was super spacious, comfortable, and incredible value. They really went above and beyond when my wife realized she lost a noise canceling earbud in the room about 5 days after we checked out. We asked our hotel to call them and they had found the earbud and agreed to ship it to our next hotel. We are so appreciative of their excellent service! They really saved the day! I'd be more than happy to stay next time we are back in Sapporo! Thank you again!

I think this is a hotel that offers both price and service in Sapporo and Susukino.It was within a 10-minute walk from Susukinoya Sapporo Station, and the room was clean.

I used this hotel because it was cheaper than other hotels.Even though it's cheap, it's still a good price.It was about 60,000 yen for 4 nights without meals.It has been renovated so the facilities are new, but as everyone has said, the cleaning is sloppy. The small parts of the bathroom and toilet were not cleaned thoroughly, giving the impression that it was a waste.It was a twin room, but it had two semi-double beds pushed together, and it was firm and comfortable.However, since the bed was large, there wasn't enough floor space to spread out our suitcases. A small carry bag is just fine.During my stay in Hokkaido, I stayed twice for two nights over the same day.At other hotels, if you are staying for several nights, if you leave your used towels in the aisle the next morning, they will hang a replacement set on the doorknob, so if you were planning to do that, you would not have to go to the front desk to pick it up yourself. I thought it was a system that shouldn't be allowed and was unfriendly.When I went to pick it up, I was asked, ``How many pairs do you need?'' I answered, ``2 pairs,'' and they handed it to me without even putting it in a bag. They wouldn't put it in the bag unless I told them, and when I got back to the room, I realized that I only had a bath towel and a face towel, so I had to go back to get the bath mat...If you say, "Please take your time," don't take away the customer's time! I want to sayYou're paying a lot of money, so you should get a decent service.There was one female staff member who was pleasant, but most of the other staff members didn't even smile and were very businesslike. It's like a funeral parlor.Even when I pass each other in the morning, they don't even say ``Good morning.'' I wonder what kind of employee training they do...I'm still wearing a mask so tightly that I can't hear your voice very well, so I wish I could just take it off...On the contrary, it's rudeIn other people's reviews, it was written that you can receive a catered lunch box for breakfast, but there are no such plans or dining facilities.7-Eleven is nearbyThe parking lot right next door is affiliated and you can park for 1300 yen from 15:00 to 11:00 the next morning.Once you put it in, you will have to pay to take it out.
