An attractive apartment house at a reasonable price. The building is old, but the rooms are clean and comfortable. Although it is a little far from Sapporo Station, it is about a 3 minute walk from the subway station. There was a washer and dryer in the room, which I was able to use. Meals were not included, but there was a 24-hour supermarket a 2-minute walk away, which was very convenient.

This is the second time. When the two of us were wandering around looking for the entrance, a staff member came out of the way to pick us up. Above all, the cost performance here is excellent. A one-room apartment? There is a washing machine in the room and a microwave in the hallway. Lawson is downstairs and it would be great if there were more restaurants. The bathroom and toilet are small, but the Wi-Fi is comfortable.

The main things to focus on are bathing, gym, and laundry.■OverviewThe price is a little higher than business hotels around Nakajima Park, but considering that it comes with a washing machine, I'm satisfied. The location is not a problem unless you are a person who has to stay in a hotel south of Sapporo Station. There are not many tourists and it is rather quiet. If you want to go to Susukino, you can get there quickly by taking the subway. I would like to stay again for about 3 nights.■LocationAbout 3 minutes from Kita 18-jo subway station. It's not impossible to walk from Sapporo Station, but it takes more than 20 minutes, so if the weather is bad or you have large luggage, we recommend taking the subway. The surrounding area is not a busy area, so it has a quiet atmosphere. As a result, there are not many restaurants (however, it is not inconvenient as there are fewer than in the area around Susukino, but it does not mean that there are none at all). There is a Lawson on the 1st floor of the hotel, and as soon as you leave the hotel and head toward Sapporo Station, there is a 24-hour supermarket called Dinner Bell, so you will have no trouble getting food and drinks.■Indoor-BreadthSatisfied with cleanliness and sufficient space.
