I used it during my trip to Shiretoko.Even at check-in, we were kindly and politely informed.The restaurant, sauna, and house were all stylish, probably run by young people.There are also two coin laundry facilities, so it was easy to use.Next time I would like to try the sauna.

I had a very satisfying stay.I think I was able to have a more satisfying stay than staying at a hotel in the same area.The hotel was built in the first half of 2023, and the interior of the building was well-maintained.It is also very well equipped with facilities other than lodging, such as bicycle racks, motorcycle parking, electric car charging facilities, and a private sauna.Hotels on the dormitory side also have shared shower rooms and hair dryers. Amenities are also substantial, with basic amenities such as razors and toothbrushes available.There is also a spectacular view of the Milky Way galaxy just 5 minutes away by car. I want you to go there when you stay.The quality of the hotel was so good that I wondered if they would charge an additional fee because the price was so low compared to the quality.I would like to stay again.

The cottage can sleep 3-4 people in the attic. There are beds for two on the first floor. It's a nice room with a fireplace in the living room.

The environment is beautiful, but the sound insulation is poor, and the service needs to be improved. The person at the counter took us to the room on the second floor. Then she went downstairs and helped us put our shoes into the locked shoe cabinet without telling us, and then we went downstairs. When I was about to go out, I couldn't find my shoes, and I couldn't find anyone to ask, so I had to look around anxiously. In addition, although it is a triple room, only two toothbrushes and towels are provided.

We stayed for 2 nights on a weekday in mid-September.It was my first time in Shiretoko. I think it's a good base to visit Shiretoko Goko Lakes, Rausu, and access to Shiretoko National Park.I also had two breakfasts and one dinner at the hotel. It was very delicious.I also used the sauna at the hotel twice. It's a wood-fired sauna.There was a bonfire and I was able to feel deeply relaxed.I would like to go again

This is the best capsule hotel in Japan! The building is astonishingly modern and yet welcoming because of the heavy use of quality wood. The capsule rooms are almost sound-proof with quality bed linen.Both the Western and Japanese breakfasts are really delectable and in substantial portion.The hotel also generously provides free towels and branded toiletries.Most importantly, the hotel goes the extra mile by providing free shuttle service from Shari Bus Terminal or Shari JR Train Station to the hotel.The staff of the hotel are very friendly, cheerful and helpful. They provide very dedicated service so as to help their customers to fully enjoy their stay at Hotel Both.

It is the most beautiful building in Shiretoko. Multifunctional and homely. The food and drinks area on the first floor is extremely delicious, making it perfect for travelers.

The first floor is Shiretoko Gohan Tomoni (code payment available) and reception.This time I was staying in a dormitory, so after checking in, I got the key and went straight to the second floor to receive an explanation.Basically, you can eat and drink at Tomoni downstairs (including bringing food in), but if it was crowded or you couldn't wait until around 8pm, there were people who ate in their rooms.The dormitory on the second floor is equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, and kettle, which you can use freely.You can also buy beer at a nearby store, chill it in the freezer, and drink it after your shower, which is very helpful.Basically, if you don't put the contents of your refrigerator in the bag, you might make a mistake, so use the bag when buying things at a convenience store.The room was comfortable, but the pillows were a bit high, making it difficult to sleep, and there weren't many places to hang your clothes, so it would be helpful if there was somewhere.By the way, in the summer, there is only air conditioning in the hallway, so if you close the door, the wind can't escape and it gets quite hot.The bathroom was fully equipped, but there was no face wash or lotion.The hot water in the shower room was good, but it was spread too much and the head wasn't working properly. Also, the airflow of the hair dryer is low.I didn't use tomoni this time, but it was very crowded, so I think I'll try eating there next time.Outside is a gravel parking lot, a concrete parking lot for 3 cars, a covered motorcycle parking area (for 3 cars), and a sauna.It's a little far from supermarkets and convenience stores, but it's very clean and the facilities are quite comfortable, so I'm looking forward to installing a Febreze-like machine and a beer vending machine.I would like to stay again when touring season comes.
