First use for 2 nights and 3 daysI always stay at a business hotel in the Susukino area. The location is really convenient and good. I also appreciate the coffee service. The elevator that goes up to the 3rd floor is difficult to use if there are groups of people...I feel that the transfer elevator is a hassle.

Pros -1) Centrally located in Susukino near lots of eateries, a police station, Pole Town and ~10 mins walk to Tanukikoji Shopping Street.2) We got upgraded to a room on the member floors (13, 14 & 15 floor) and had a great view of the hustle and bustle of the area. Our room looked a little dated but was generally well maintained.3) Our minibar was complimentary and restocked everytime our room was cleaned.4) Breakfast spread was decent but the place can be very busy, especially during 730am - 9am.5) Discounted parking of 1,200 JPY per night is available and the automated capark is located just beside the hotel. Do note that payment is by cash only and you settle on the day of check out.6) Service was polite and friendly but that's almost a given in Japan.7) Prices are very competitive - we got a very good rate for our stay, which was similar to what IBIS Styles Sapporo just down the road was offering. Definitely a steal.Cons -1) The lower levels had a lingering cigarette smo£ke smell, probably due to the presence of a smoking room on the 4th floor. Thankfully there was none on our level.

Stayed from October 6th to October 7th, 2024.There was room available, so I stayed in room 1502, a double room on the upper floor. This time I will stay overnight without meals.I was told that I could drink the drinks in the fridge.Being on the 15th floor, we could see the lights of Mt. Moiwa at night.I had a comfortable stay.I would like to stay again.-----Stayed for 2 nights and 3 days from April 30th to May 2nd, 2023.Room 520 is a double room. The overall impression was good. The location is very good, between Susunoki subway station and Hosui Susukino subway station, 2 to 3 minutes from the station. The same goes for Susunoki City Tram Station. If you're sightseeing in Sapporo, I think it's convenient to go anywhere. However, the entrance to the hotel may be a little difficult to find.I was glad that I was able to check in from 2pm.The front desk is on the 3rd floor. You can move to each floor by touching the room key on the touch panel of the elevator. Is the room modern? The electricity in the room is turned on by placing the room key in the holder. Maybe there was a separate refrigerator. The air conditioner was a central heating setting. It was hot, so I opened the window to let some cool air in (although it did get quite cold at night).Since it was on the 5th floor, I couldn't enjoy the view outside the window. The view might have been better if you were on a higher floor. There is a humidifier. The refrigerator was quiet. The bed was firm to my liking so I slept well. The lock inside the room was difficult to lock, so I consulted the front desk, but I was able to lock it later by pulling the doorknob a little. The WiFi SSID was the room number + guest name. peace of mind.Room keys, combs, razors, etc. appear to be made of bamboo, and it seems that they are trying to save on plastic. On the second night, there seemed to be a lively child upstairs, so I was a little concerned about the sound of them running around. The breakfast venue is on the 3rd floor, which is the front floor. It opens at 7am, which is a little later than other hotels.I noticed that there were a lot of foreigners staying here.It seems that daily life has returned to normal without the need to wear gloves or masks, which were experienced at various accommodation facilities during the coronavirus pandemic. There were many dishes such as morning curry, ice cream, and various cheeses that I wouldn't get tired of even after staying multiple nights. And delicious. However, there were no standard scrambled eggs. This is a hotel I would like to stay at again.

Good hotel, friendly and efficient staff, entire hotel spotlessly clean. Washing machine facilites and ice machines on multiple floors. The hotel is perfectly located 1 minute from Hosui Susukino subway (exit 3) with many restaurants, eating houses and nightlife very close-by. I would definitely stay there again.

This is a big, busy, average hotel with large tour groups coming and going . Our triple room was comfy but there was no where to put luggage. The tub was surrounded by black mold which made me question overall cleanliness. The breakfast was good and the staff there were friendly and helpful. I likely wouldn't return.

The room is good and the concierge is quite ok and can they speak fluent English. Japanese food options and varieties at the breakfast buffet is abundant and the food is fresh. The room is small but clean. Overall, very satisfied with the price and service.

The hotel is in a great location, right in the heart of the shopping district, with just a short walk to the Parco mall. The rooms are spacious, and the bathroom includes a well-sized bathtub. …
