I stayed at an inn recommended by JTB! We prepared cakes for my husband's birthday and wedding anniversary. The employees are wonderful 👍It's a comfortable inn, and the breakfast and dinner meals were delicious. The cold food was kept cold and the hot food was kept warm, so I felt very warm. I stayed there two years ago, but I wanted to go on a trip to Otarufurukawa, so I edited the review!

It was my first time in Otaru, but Furukawa in Jozankei was very nice, so I stayed there. Even one person could make a reservation. …

2024/10/09 (Wednesday) I stayed for one night in the canal side Japanese-style room plan. Check in while enjoying the clean and stylish exterior and interior. Coffee, aperitif (Niagara), cookies, etc. are provided free of charge in the area to the right after entering the front desk. When we arrived at the room, it felt spacious enough for two people. There are two types of tap water in the bathroom: spring water containing salt water and drinking water, so you need to be careful not to mix them up. I had about 10 hangers in my closet, which was helpful. Karin sugar manju and bottled drinking water are provided. The public baths are located on the 2nd and 1st floors, and the men's and women's baths change daily. There was a buffet of shampoos and conditioners, and you could use whatever you liked from about 10 different types. Personally, I felt more relaxed on the 2nd floor, which has a steam sauna, cave bath (bed bath), and open-air bath (apple bath). It was empty both in the morning and in the evening, and was almost reserved. After taking a bath, you can get free mini Yakult and ice cream (frozen jelly). The kaiseki meal for dinner was so delicious that I can't put it into words. The breakfast buffet was also delicious. Check-out is until 12:00, so I took it easy until the last minute. All the employees are attentive and wonderful. I would like to stay there again if I have a chance! Thank you for the blissful time.

After much deliberation, I decided on this accommodation in Otaru, and although there were some disappointing aspects, it was overall a satisfactory stay. I think it's a place where room conditions, food, hot springs, and service are all well-integrated. I really enjoyed the many views of Otaru I got to see while staying there.

My friend and I stayed in a premium room with a hot spring on the canal side through JTB. The customer service and service was very good, and I was surprised that the amenities provided were better than I expected. There is also a massage chair in the room, which was very helpful as I often walk around Otaru for sightseeing and shopping. The plan I booked had juice in the fridge, but local champagne and Otaru beer were also available, so I was able to spend my time in style. I am very satisfied with the current grade, but when I visit Otaru again, I would like to stay in a special room with a panoramic hot spring that is one grade higher. They were also very helpful when I forgot something. We apologize for any inconvenience caused to our staff. Thank you for your response.

It was a very nice stay. Unlike a large hotel, there was a homely atmosphere, and each and every staff member (including the signboard dog, Kanal) was gentle and soothing.I felt a lot of attention to detail in the facilities in the hotel. The couple's dream of going to Hokkaido at least once came true, and we are truly grateful that we were able to find such a wonderful accommodation and meet such wonderful people. Thank you very much.
