I wanted to stay at a hotel typical of Otaru, so I booked a large room facing the canal. I could see the sea too. The interior was brand new and had a classy and luxurious feel. The bathroom has a washing area, a separate room from the toilet, and a mirror in front of the desk in the bedroom. The staff were professional and friendly, and it was a very nice hotel. The bar on the top floor was relaxing, and the snack set was delicious.

I think it's a mediocre hotel.Perhaps because the cost performance of the Hakodate Kokusai Hotel where I stayed the previous night was too good, I felt a little disappointed in the size of the room, the lack of a public bath, the view from the room, and the lobby, all for the same price. However, there is nothing wrong with it; it is no different from a budget hotel in a tourist area.Well, I feel like the price should be lowered a little. If there are no other good options, I might book another room, but I think the view would have been better if you had a room on the upper floor facing the canal.

This summer, I went to the buffet with my relatives. The location was good and the facilities inside were very nice. That's why I was looking forward to using it.However, the number of menu items was very small, and by the second visit, there was nothing that piqued my interest. There are only a few dishes that catch the eye due to their rarity, and the overall impression is that most of the dishes are inexpensive.Regarding the staff's response, it seems dark and doesn't seem very friendly. There were some staff members who seemed new and unfamiliar, and there were times when I could see a bad atmosphere towards them.I thought there were many areas for improvement. It would be a shame if it was just a setup and not much substance.

I used it on a family trip in mid-September.I arrived at the hotel early, right in front of the Otaru Canal, so I left my car and luggage there before checking in, but they left it there without any worries.I was able to fully enjoy sightseeing in Otaru. Also, when I went out to dinner, I asked the guy at the reception desk.He introduced me to some delicious restaurants, and I was very satisfied with both my eyes and my stomach.

We had a very comfortable stay in the wonderful guest rooms with separate bath and toilet, located in the best location overlooking the Otaru Canal. The bar on the top floor was open at sunrise in the morning, and it was great to be able to enjoy the beautiful sunrise over Otaru's sea!Above all, the breakfast buffet was extremely fulfilling!I will be sure to take care of you again when I travel to Hokkaido!
