We stayed here on our first night in Hakodate and had a beautiful time. The hotel is very modern, new, and clean. The bathroom was spacious with a large bath/shower area. The staff were very attentive and kind. …

This hotel is a relatively newer hotel . There is a huge free open carpark behind the hotel. Check in was fast . Welcome drinks were served. The twin rooms are very comfortable with good temperature control and firm beds. …

Love everything in this hotel. The Junior Suite room is a perfect room for a family of 4 with 2 twin western beds and two Japanese Futons on a Tatami Floor in a separated Tatami section.  …

The hotel is located near the "botanical garden" and is near the airport. From the Hakodate station you can reach the hotel by bus (96 towards the airport for example) or by tramway with a little walk at the end (from Yunokawa tramway stop to the hotel - 900m).The hotel itself is fancy, everything is clean and pretty, one can see that there were some designers involved. The check-in process was easy, but you will have to choose your breakfast time in advance. The room is tiny for this kind of hotel (but I had not the biggest one available). In the room, a bed, a flat screen TV, a round table with one chair and some desk with fridge, safe (ultra small), kettle and tea platter inside. The room also has AC and a humidifier. In the bathroom, a small sink, a Toto washlet and a bath. The shower system in the bath was good (pressure/temperature) and the provided washing products were very nice, especially the body soap. The breakfast is "crazy", it's hard to think of something not available, I don't know the price of the breakfast (mine was included) but go for it, it's worth every yen. To name some dishes: burger, meats, sea food, curry, rice, soups, danish, milk products, etcRegarding the onsen, it's located on 12F and there are two options: public baths or private baths (for a fee). The public baths are clean, there's enough washing stations. The baths are separated in two sections: inside and outside both are enjoyable (but beware of the cold air outside).Overall, I highly recommend staying there, for a zen breakaway it's perfect.Tips:- there's a Lawson at walking distance (out the hotel follow the road taking your right then cross the bridge)- I think using the tramway for moving around is best (one every 8 minutes, max price 260¥)

Spa at top floor with nice outdoor hot spring, it would be perfect if the dinner buffet can have some changes on dishes every night. We stayed 3 night and the food is all the same, however, the food is fabulous in value, you can enjoy some high price seafood in Hakotate from their breakfast and dinner

Short ride from Hakodate airport by taxi cost 1200¥. Was very happy with room upgrade and also with sea view. Delicious breakfast and dinner buffet, very satisfied !! Perfect for someone who only wants to eat, sleep and Onsen. Btw, the room is beautiful set up and very clean.

Stayed at this hotel because of the dinner and breakfast buffet which the hotel claimed to be the largest spread in Hokkaido. Terribly disappointed. In addition to the crowds at the restaurant, the food is certainly not fresh at all, especially the sashimi. The buffet also serves cheap food that has obviously been frozen and then slightly reheated. Lack of staff member to collect used trays. Given the price, it seems like this hotel is targeting mid to low tier travellers!

I can say with this price included meals+Onsen+pretty hotel lobby= hotel worth to review for 10 stars. Only 1 point need to take is the location is not nearby town or any local transport. Is a very quiet place surrounding. If u drive in the is fine.
