For long-term staysRather quiet and better location to move aroundIt was nice that there were no flashing lights at night and the streets were not noisy.The parking space was also spacious so it was very easy to park.The place to eat breakfast is spacious, which is nice.(Bread is delicious)First of all, the hotel itself is big and spacious.It was nice not having to deal with people.I hardly saw any group tourists.There are several elevators so you don't have to wait long.Cleanliness is very neatAll the staff are so friendlyA place where you can feel comfortable throughout your stayIn the evening at SusukinoI saw a lot of drunk people here and there.It was so nice because it was very, very hard to come across this place.A hotel I will visit again next yearI hope breakfast starts at 6 o'clock then.

At check-in, the reception of the woman at the front desk was terrible.First, we asked for check-in for two groups.One group had arranged for a free parking plan, butWhen I told them that I was parked in the parking lot without checking, they asked me for 1,500 yen, and even though I told them that it was included in the plan, they didn't understand.I was checking the reservation record on my smartphone for a while, and the other group... My name was askedAs I said earlier, I told them again and was able to confirm that the free parking plan had been arranged, but they never apologized for the incorrect information.Next, I was given a room key with only the room number written on it, but although the floor number and room category were different, there was no information, so please check here.It is strange that there is usually no guidance when handing over the keys from the hotel.Responses that are impossible even for part-time workersIn the end, the customer service attitude was bad until the end and I felt bad.After all, I was not satisfied with the hotel's reception at the front desk, so when I complained to the man after a while, the man gave me the excuse that the hotel's front desk was broken, and that there was no manual.I'm too stunned to talkI'm not asking you to provide good service, but I would like you to provide normal customer service.I like the Accor Group and make reservations every month, so I would like to urgently request that the customer service at the front desk be strengthened.I want to believe that Ise-Shima, where I will be staying next month, will not disappoint.

I used the lounge.It's the best. All you can drink beer. There were various places to eat and I was able to enjoy Hokkaido just in the lounge!

Recommended. It's a good hotel. It has that unique charm that only good hotels have. My first impression was disappointing, but the king bed was big and the room was also big. The bad thing is that the bed is hard and there is no large bath. There were so many tourist groups at hotels in the city, so the location here was pretty good. Breakfast is really delicious. Drinks in the lounge are free and the atmosphere is nice.
