Not recommended for summer! Description states that it is air-conditioned but that is only the living area at level 1. The 2 bedrooms on level 2 have NO aircon and NO fan - it was hot and stuffy and impossible to have a good night rest. It is next to the main road so it is quite noisy when you leave the windows open.The house makes you feel like you are an errant unwanted house guest with its instructions and you are supposed to sleep and scoot off while giving as little trouble as possible. No consideration is being given on the stay experience or hospitality. Case in point - the only dustbin is in the living room - impossible for toddlers or young children. Driving is required, there are no nearby convenience shops or supermarkets. Owner’s service is non existent.Only good point is the house looks fairly new (though it doesn’t mean it was very clean) but I wouldn’t return.

In summer, the room is very large. There are two rooms in one unit, each with three beds, and can accommodate up to 6_8 people.There is also a large living room and dining room on the first floor. All kitchen supplies are available. The price is reasonable and the transportation is convenient. It is very close to the interchange. There is a parking space for free use. It is a good experience.

It's spacious and clean.If you have a rental car, location is no problem.It is difficult to find a room in this condition at this price in central Sapporo.During my 15-day, 14-night trip around Hokkaido, I stayed at 12 lodgings in each area, and I stayed at lodgings that cost between 20,000 and 50,000 yen per night, but based on the condition of the rooms alone, this place is in the top five.

Good points: It's spacious, new, has a parking lot and can be accessed immediately after getting out of the car, and has kitchen utensils such as a rice cooker, so you can live as usual.Bad points: It's so cold! Not possible in winter. There was only one air conditioner and a heater, and there was hardwood flooring throughout, so there were no slippers. It's so cold that I can't take a bath.The water doesn't get hot easily. It somehow warmed up at 60 degrees, but...It's a wooden apartment next to a new road, so cars are noisy.The sensor's electricity is cut off when it is needed. Even the toilet gets dark.Areas I would like to see improved → I would like disposable slippers, Saran wrap, humidifiers and air purifiers to be installed.Overall, I got the impression that they were cheap on their home appliances, it was cold, hell, and the email before check-in was spam? It's so blunt that you'd think so, and you'll have to reply multiple times, which can be difficult if you're busy.It was!

Great value for the price 2 nights a little over 2 mon! Very clean and new! The layout is comfortable and relaxing! Perfect for a family or mid sized group. The internet stinks but otherwise it’s an excellent place I highly recommend it.

Due to the coronavirus, it was difficult to go out for drinks, so I decided to stay over with my co-workers and have a hotpot and oyster party♪At home, I have to deal with oyster shells, wash the dishes, and clean up afterward, so when I was at a hotel, I was able to go home and have a great time (^-^)The onabe and IH in the photo were also conveniently provided♪The room was spacious, warm and comfortable.
