Accommodation period: September 2024Reservation grade: Asian Resort Economy Triple RoomAssigned room: 3F*Since I spend about 150 nights a year both in Japan and overseas, this is mostly a memo for myself. The main things to focus on are bathing, gym, and laundry. I don't really care about cleanliness.■OverviewBest cost performance. Really amazing. The only downside is that it's a little far from the center of Sapporo, but it's just a short subway ride away, so unless you want a hotel within walking distance of Susukino or Odori, there's no problem at all. Access to New Chitose Airport is also not bad. The bath is great, and there's even a washing machine and LG styler in the room. I will stay here again the next time I visit Sapporo.■LocationJust over 10 minutes walk from JR Kotoni Station, about 3 minutes walk from Subway Kotoni Station. From New Chitose Airport, it is more convenient to take the JR train to Kotoni Station, but if you have large luggage, it may take some time, but it is better to transfer to the subway at Shin-Sapporo Station and get off at Kotoni Station, or take a bus to Susukino and take the subway. It might be good. The area around the hotel, especially between JR Kotoni Station and Subway Kotoni Station, is a shopping district with many affordable restaurants and convenience stores. There is also a slightly larger Aeon nearby, where you can get prepared foods, drinking water, beer, etc. cheaply.■Indoor-WidthClean and spacious enough. The veranda is also quite spacious. It's actually too big for one person.-scenerySince it's on the 3rd floor, the view isn't particularly good, but I didn't originally choose this hotel for the view, so I have no complaints. The only downside is that the location of the room doesn't get much sunlight.-WifiAround 50Mb/s-bathtubSeparate washing area and bathtub, the washing area is quite largeThe bathtub is also spacious (I am 175cm and can stretch my legs a little)I was surprised that it even had an automatic hot water filling function and reheating function.(I have rarely seen this in normal hotels)-Hot water temperatureNo problem at all, piping hot water comes out.-Power of hot waterNo problems at all, strong momentum-Bed hardnessFluffy-refrigeratorConsiderable capacity at household size level-Security boxcan be-OutletIt's everywhere, including the bedside, so there's no inconvenience.-hangermany-balconyHas a large balcony-tv setcan be-dryercan be-toothbrushcan be-Noise (adjacent room, outdoor)No particular noise from neighboring rooms or outdoors.■Gymnone■LaundryThere is a washing machine in the room (one detergent is also provided)There is no dryer, but there is an LG styler in the room, so you can use that.■CleaningNo cleaning for 2 nights■MealsNo meals for overnight stay■StaffThe front staff are all kind and cheerful. They always greet you when you come and go. No complaints about the response.■Others- Each floor has a different theme, bed configuration, etc., and the system for checking the conditions before making a reservation is very nice. For example, at the time of booking at other hotels, you generally don't know the high/low floor or direction of the room until check-in, and you are often disappointed when you end up on a lower floor even though you would have liked a higher floor. This is not the case with this hotel because you can almost know the floor and orientation at the time of reservation (personally, I prefer higher floors, but I knew it was on the 3rd floor when I made the reservation, so I have no complaints at all)・It's great to have the LG Styler. I have rarely seen a hotel in Japan that has such facilities in the room.
