This time, five friends and I stayed in Room 301 for two nights. The room is very spacious, has two toilets, two bathrooms and double sinks, saving you time in queuing to wash your hands.Although the front desk staff on the first floor does not speak English very well, they can use a translator to communicate with guests. The small kitchen in the room is fully equipped (pots/cutlery/dishwashing sponges/detergents/rags). You can buy ingredients and seasonings in the supermarket and cook them yourself. There are coin-operated washing machines/dryers and clothes drying racks in the room. There is a small balcony in the room to dry clothes.Guests can register at the front desk on the first floor to use the game room on the second floor for free. The hotel's location is right between the subway Nishi 11-chome and Nishi 18-chome, and it's an 8-minute walk to the streetcar Nishi-15 station.

I only write about the things that interest me.The bedding was smelly and really uncomfortable.Do you change the sheets properly when cleaning?I was sightseeing for 3 nights and missed the busy timing, so I put up with it and went to bed, but all the beds smelled like men's oily smell. It's really disappointing as this is the first time something like this has happened at a hotel. If you have changed it properly, I think the dirt has not been completely removed by washing.I think cleanliness is really important, so I won't be using it again.

The location is a bit far from the downtown area, but the CO value is really high for a self-driving family trip, and the room facilities are all available👍

I was here in October of last year but kept forgetting to review. This was a very nice hotel for a simply fantastic price and an even better location. Right at the end of Odori park, with multiple restaurants only a short walk away. The room was clean, they had computers to play games, they had racing sim setups in the hall, staff was kind and accommodating.I was in Japan for almost 3 months across 15+ hotels and this one stays memorable across all of them. It helps that Sapporo is just such a nice city, but I can highly recommend this hotel!

We, a group of 6 adults and 4 children, booked a 10-person room in Copenhagen A in November last year. After confirming the accommodation before departure in July this year, we were surprised to find that the bed type had changed from a double bed, a queen bed, and three bunk beds to a queen bed. Two bunk beds can only sleep 6 people! And there was no notice from the hotel at all! I asked the hotel via email and they replied that we have changed the room specifications and can prepare a quilt for four people. Please rest assured that the room can accommodate ten people. But when we arrived at the scene, there was no floor berth for four people. I told the counter that at first they said that we had booked a six-person room for four children, so they would have to squeeze in with adults. I looked up the emails and said that there was no such thing, and that I had already agreed to it. There were four people on the floor. The attitude of the man at the counter was very bad. When he saw English, he waved his hand and rejected me without even looking at it. He asked me to translate the email into Japanese before I could read it. Later, I called the counter to inquire internally before confirming it. Four floor bunks are provided. The next step is also very exaggerated. We just brought the bed, quilt and pillows to the room and asked us to find an empty bunk ourselves. However, the place where the double bed was originally placed in the photo has been changed into a large table for six and a sofa to become a living room. , there was no space to make the bed. I asked for the six-seater table to be moved, and three beds were forced into it. The other one could only be placed in the empty space next to the big bed, but it was too crowded, and I had to sleep on the sofa alone! I have never encountered such a ridiculous hotel. They changed the bed type in the room at will without notifying me. If I hadn't noticed, would it really be possible for ten people to squeeze into six single beds when I arrived? ? Moreover, the attitude at the counter was very bad. I just waved my hand and refused to read my email. What kind of attitude does it show? If you want to book this room, please think twice. After booking, please come back again and again to confirm whether the bed type has been changed!

I went to check it out, but the location was a little hard to find, so I ended up wandering around. It was a little difficult to find where to park, and I received a phone call from the guest room saying someone had parked there without permission, probably because they hadn't reserved parking during their stay.I think in the future, if we keep a record of the number of customers making parking reservations, this may not happen again. The room is really spacious and clean, there are two toilets, and the accommodation fee is much cheaper than nearby accommodations, so I'm completely satisfied!

On the first night, there were no nightwear in the room, so when I asked, they explained that the linen company couldn't get them in time.I thought I should explain the details of the accommodation before being asked.

Copenhagen. Spacious and clean facilities, good amenities, quiet and comfortable. I had a deep sleep for 3 nights, perhaps because of the good bedding. There is a coin laundry machine in the room, so you can wash sweaty clothes. There is an electric pot, microwave, refrigerator, and small sink, so simple cooking seems possible. There is also 1 bathroom, 2 dry toilets, 2 sinks, and a mini sink, so you can rest assured even if you have a guest. Towels, gowns, toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, cleansing oil, cleansing foam, etc. are provided, so there is no need to pack extra items. Convenient with a dryer, large TV, and charging sockets on each bed. The front desk staff on the first floor are basic and friendly. If it rains, you can borrow an umbrella. Take the airport limousine from New Chitose Station, get off at Sapporo View Hotel Odori Park Station, and walk straight for 5 minutes. The easiest route is. There was a beer festival going on at Odori Park, so it was easy to get around. There are 7-Eleven, Lawson, Hotto Motto, and Mos Burger nearby. To get to Susukino and Sapporo stations by subway, you need to transfer once, but it's not difficult or far. The three of us stayed comfortably before leaving the room. Completely satisfied. Highly recommended.

It was really goodFirst of all, it was nice that it was right in front of Odori Park, and there was a Lawson right across the street. And above all, it was spacious. They say that accommodations in Japan are basically small. It was really spacious here. There are two toilets (dry) and one shower room. The water pressure is really strongI recommend it
