I was new to saunas, but I thoroughly enjoyed it! The best thing is that you can do this while playing music with a Bluetooth speaker 👍🏼The food looked beautiful and all were delicious. I regret that I was so full that I missed my midnight snack...The parfait after the meal was also delicious!I would definitely like to stay again (^^)

I used it for an anniversary trip with my girlfriend.We were both very satisfied. I still want to use it.I was a little worried on the day of my stay, as I had read some poor reviews on Google just before I stayed, but once I stayed there, I didn't notice any problems, and it was actually very comfortable.The private open-air bath seemed to have been recently renovated, and a new air conditioner was installed.I got the impression that they are listening to opinions and making efforts to improve their facilities and services.There are certainly many situations where I use my smartphone for things like checking in or calling the front desk, but I like this system.Compared to other long-established inns in the area, there are fewer rooms and the building feels smaller, but because it's small, there aren't many guests, so it's quiet and relaxing.I was very grateful because I was feeling tired on the first day of the trip.What I was particularly happy about during my stay was how delicious the food was.Dinner, breakfast, parfaits, and drinks were all beautiful, and I was impressed every time they came out.All of the dishes were really delicious, and I was very happy to see him smiling happily while saying, "It's delicious!"He may have ordered alcohol with his meal or received an after-sauna drink, but even though he usually eats more than most people, he felt full.I regret that I was so full that I couldn't eat dinner...I'd like to try it next time.I got thirsty after returning to my room due to the influence of alcohol, but there was a water server nearby which was very helpful.Even when the water server just ran out of water, they responded immediately to our request.They responded quickly and willingly to even small requests.Thank you for your courteous and warm response.We look forward to using your service again.

After dinner, I was able to enjoy parfait and hot noodles whenever I wanted.It was great to be able to eat after using the sauna.The breakfast was also super delicious. There aren't many other hotels to compare the rice.It was fresh.I can't part with it because I place all orders on my smartphone.There was no particular inconvenience; in fact, we were able to spend our time without having to talk to the staff.I'll come back later!

Thank you for staying with me for 1 night and 2 days.The private open-air bath was great!There was no problem with the size of the public bath, and since it wasn't open-air, there weren't any insects, so I was personally happy.The food is delicious and satisfying both in the morning and at night.Unfortunately, I was too full to eat the hot noodles.It's super convenient because you can check in and order using your smartphone!However, it was disappointing.At check-in, I was told to use a fan because the air conditioner wasn't working.I was told that it would get cooler from around 6pm, and when I went to my room, it was like a sauna.After the bath and hot spring, I cooled down in the lounge and went back to my room, but even after 9pm, I was still in the sauna state.I called the front desk multiple times to get ice, an extra fan, a mobile air conditioner? I also had them put there...It was cool in the areas where the mobile air conditioner was blowing air, but only in some areas.Hot air is coming out of the exhaust port, making it more like a sauna.I couldn't sleep at all and was in a state of insomnia.I checked out right after I ate breakfast, went home and went to bed.I was so sleepy on the way home that I was afraid to drive.If you had given me a phone call in advance, I would have been able to consider things like getting heat protection goods or changing hotels...Even if you are told to check in from 16:00, you won't be able to make it in time💦And I was told it would get cooler, so I waited, but nothing changed.As long as you don't lie and say it's hot,I could have gone to my car to buy some heat protection goods before drinking.If I wasn't drinking, I would just drive home at night.Everything would have been fine if it wasn't for that 😣If this happens next, please call the customer in advance.↑This is really importantThis is an inn that I would definitely like to visit again when the facilities are in place.Everything else was goodIt's a really good inn.I would definitely recommend it.

It was often posted on social media, so I went there and found it to be a very disappointing facility. I went there in winter, and the heating system was bad, and although there were stoves everywhere, it was still cold. There was also a sauna, and I tried using it, but it was so cold that I got cold as soon as I stepped out of the sauna room, so I didn't even take a bath or get ready at all.The night parfait will also be different from the photo on the website.I make reservations for dinner and other meals on my smartphone and take the time, but when I went to the time I had reserved on my smartphone, I was told that it wasn't ready yet.When I presented my smartphone and had them see that it was the reservation time, I made a reservation mistake. . He apologized and asked me to come back in 30 minutes. Verbal confirmation would be fine, but why do people make a mistake in the reservation time even though they are using an electronic device to make the reservation? What kind of system is it?All in all, it's disappointing and I won't be using it again in the future.
