Anyway, the staff was very helpful. I was very happy that they cared about my child even during meals. The food was delicious and had a lot of variety. The inside of the hotel is old but tasteful and nice, and although there is no air conditioning in the room, it was cool enough just by opening the window. The open-air bath outside was in a great location, surrounded by nature, and it was so great that I ended up taking a long bath. One of the hotels I would like to visit again.

I stayed here on the second day of my trip to Yamagata in early August.I was told that there was an indoor bath, an open-air bath, and an open-air bath, so I decided to go here.An indoor bath and an open-air bath. The sulfur springs, which are not heated by adding water, are hot, but the water is good. I have atopic dermatitis on my hands, so I couldn't take a long bath because the hot springs were so stained, but I can really feel that it's effective for my body. The cascading hot water soothed my tired body."Noten Onsen" is only available from dawn to dusk in summer.A perfect location with a stream flowing right next to it and bathed in sunlight filtering through the trees. Early in the morning, I had a luxurious time all to myself. The hot water is a little softer than the indoor bath, so it won't hurt your hands. Nature is comfortable.But there's a radio cassette player playing enka playing in the eaves of the hut!The murmuring of the river and the rustle of greenery are drowned out, and the charm of open-air baths is halved!Please remove it immediately! I want to say it out loud.Also, since there is no shade shade, the sun is too harsh during the day. Great location and hot water so it's a waste. I would like you to improve it.The meals were served with local Yamagata cuisine in the morning and evening, and the portions were ample.At breakfast, each person was given an origami paper and a handwritten comment from the staff, which was very thoughtful and soothing.Boiled sweet potato for breakfast. It was rich and delicious.The accommodation fee was reasonable, but the food, hot springs, and welcoming employees made it a satisfying stay. All the staff are kind. The room feels old, but is well maintained.The great thing about it is the hot springs♪ The open air baths are very pleasant. Of course, there is an open-air bath in addition to the indoor bath, and you can use it as much as you like 24 hours a day.

When I got out of the hot spring and went to the changing room, two employees were talking and chatting in the changing room, which was a nuisance. He didn't realize I was there and was talking too much, so I ended up saying, "Um, excuse me..."It would be best to stop letting your employees take a bath.The spring quality was good and the food was okay, but this one thing ruined it.

I came here looking forward to the hot springs.As expected, the hot water is strong and gives your body a tingling sensation.The smell is like eggs, which is typical of hot springs.People with sensitive skin and young children should be careful, and if it gets into their eyes, it will sting.The open air bath was also nice. The area where the hot water comes out is hot.I was satisfied with the wonderful bath without heating water!The dinner was good and I was full.The temperature was high during Golden Week, so there was a fan, but I think it would be nice to have an air conditioner.

Everyone at the hotel was very kind and I was impressed by their consideration! You can enjoy a lot of local food in Yamagata, the ski rental staff is very kind, and the rental items are great!I was also able to take a relaxing bath in the hot springs.It was a very satisfying trip!I would like to go again!

This is an inn I would like to visit again if I have the chance.hot springNo complaints. The highly acidic sulfur spring soothes dry skin. The area around my eyes also turned red. But for some reason it feels moist after taking a bath.However, the infant developed severe eczema. It was the same in Kusatsu, so it must be that deep. There is a cedar tree in front of you, so it might be difficult to suffer from hay fever after spring.The open-air bath is a snowy bath. Although it was hot, I was able to take a long bath.mealThe small bowls are delicious. It may have been purchased, but it tastes like soup stock. I wonder if we don't have farmed trout even if it's locally grown. No need for sashimi. Even though it's winter, it would be even better if there were wild vegetables and other fruits of the mountains.The first day, sukiyaki. The second day, shabu-shabu. The meat was firm and had even left a junior high school girl with it.Breakfast would be better if there were a few more items.roomAlthough it cannot be denied that it has deteriorated over time, it is spacious and comfortable. I went there in September. The building situation is not new. It had a window air conditioner. The hot water in the bath is the best. The open air is small.There is an open-air bath located away from the inn. This place is the best!There aren't many facilities that allow you to take an open-air bath, so it was relaxing. There are separate facilities for men and women within a short walk. The only time you can take a bath is until sunset. So I took a bath in the morning.

Excellent service, especially the staff always stands by to ride you to any place you request. Room is cozy and clean. Amazing location because the hotel is close to Zao Chuo RopeWay and is next to Nakamori slope (guests can ski-in/ski-out just cross the bridge). Also not far from the main street and the cable station (5 mins walking distance).

It's been a long time since I last went on a snowboarding trip to Zao, and I stayed here! The inn itself has a slightly retro feel, but it has good access to the slopes directly from the inn, and the meals we had for breakfast and dinner were well-balanced and each dish was prepared with great care! Also worth mentioning is that bathing in the open-air bath while looking at the snowy scenery was a great way to soothe your daily fatigue.

The atmosphere was very nice, and the staff at the store were very kind.It's right next to the ski slopes, so it's very convenient. I stayed for one night, but it's perfect for multiple nights.Even on the day of check-out, I take a bath after skiing.
