I've been using it for quite some timeI have been using it since it opened♪The room is spacious and the natural greenery from Yamagata is nice.Equipment is getting older and olderMany machines do not work properly.There are many rooms where bedrock baths cannot be used.The water faucet in the bathroom doesn't turn off even if it's turned on at a fixed amount.Shower head gasket is cracked, water pressure is lowThe floor was sticky and I doubt if it was cleaned properly.I always say thatThe dust inside the air conditioner is never clean.I don't want people to think I'm lying, so I'm taking pictures of everything, so feel free to check it out.I apologize for the inconvenience, but I would like you to do some proper maintenance and fix it.We have given you a slight discount on the price.I still want it to be in good condition.It seems like the service gets worse every time the management changes.Unfortunately, when I look at the posts here, there are a lot of things written about things like not cleaning! She told me it was a flat rate so I could choose the room I wanted (*´ω｀*) and changed me to a room with a bedrock bath♡✺⋆* (⸝⸝⸝´▽` ⸝⸝⸝)⋆*✺I was very happy to have one free soft drink and a free dessert to choose from♡The room and bath were spacious and I was able to relax and enjoy the bedrock bath♡(๑♡ᴗ♡๑)The front desk staff was also very polite and provided very pleasant customer service, which I was grateful for♡(❁ᴗ͈ˬᴗ͈)I would like to stay at this hotel again when I go away!!I highly recommend this hotel, so please try using it as well (˶ᐢωᐢ˶)

I used it this time.The room was quite spacious and clean❗There were many kinds of food, and I ordered margherita and mentaiko pasta and it was delicious.There was shampoo that I wanted to try using as well as amenities, so I was excited ＼(^-^)／The front desk staff was also kind (*^^*)I didn't know how to use the projector so I asked him to come to my room, but he came right away and I was able to watch the movie on the big screen, making it a very fulfilling day.I would like to come again.

I wonder if the owner has changed, and the food menu and drink menu have decreased 😓I wonder if the room is still in the future ~ It's a bit disappointing that there is no empty space.I hope things get better from now on 😘
