I went to see the scenery. The view was just as spectacular as the signboard, and I was able to see a variety of scenery as time passed, and I didn't feel like going to other observation decks, so I was able to spend a relaxing time at the inn. Also, it was a good distance from the downtown area, so I was able to spend a quiet time.I took a bath many times, which is rare for me.Also, most of all, the staff members were very nice.It was a fun trip. thank you very much.

I went for a day trip to the hot springs. It is said to be a mansion with a spectacular view, and from the open-air bath you can see the sea of Matsushima through the fence. The hot spring had a slightly thick texture and was very soothing.I arrived empty-handed, but the front desk was happy to lend me face towels and bath towels. There is no waiting room or rest area, so you will have to take a break at the front desk.

I used it on a family trip.As the name suggests, the best selling point is the spectacular view of Fukuura Bridge right in front of you.Unfortunately, it was cloudy in the morning and I couldn't see the sunrise clearly, but the scenery was still amazing. You can enjoy the spectacular view from the large public bath, so you can enjoy Matsushima to your heart's content both in your room and in the bath. All of the facilities are showing their age, but they have been properly renovated and are clean.I also like that there is a Wi-Fi spot in the room. However, there is no elevator to reach the guest rooms, so staying on the upper floors may be difficult for people with weak legs (there is a device to help people descend the stairs to the public bath for day trip bathers). The public bath has a great view! However, the scenery is so nice that you can see it from the outside...?My impression is that the food is delicious, but it's not just "super delicious!".That said, you will be satisfied because you can enjoy dishes made with local ingredients. Not suitable for people who want to eat a lot of foodDinner will be served in your room and breakfast will be served at the venue on the 1st floor. The staff was very kind and took care of my luggage, and at the breakfast venue, they came over to check on the table and make sure I had refills of tea and rice.I feel that the response was very good.Onsen Musume panels are also on display.

I went there for a day bath. The slope to get there was tough, but I'm glad I went. The view from the bath was nice and I was able to relax. These towels are for sale, but they are cute, so I recommend buying them rather than renting them.

It's located on a bit of a hill, so I had to climb up a hill every time I went somewhere, which was difficult, but the scenery was beautiful.Although the room only had a toilet, it was large enough for two people, and although it was old, it was well-cleaned and we had a very comfortable stay. However, I was worried that the bath was completely visible from Fukuura Bridge. Wouldn't it be nice if there were at least a little more fence around the open-air bath? I thought so.The worst part was the customer, not the hotel. There was a customer (female) who even entered the bathroom with a smartphone, and she used it even though there was a sign saying that she would report it to the police. The rest was a young group of customers. I know it's fun, but screaming in the bathroom is just annoying. I think it's good manners to speak in a lower tone. It's been a long time since I last went on a hot spring trip, and the baths I was looking forward to were ruined 2 out of 3 times. The hotel was very comfortable, so I would like to come back again to take a break.

After staying there, I wrote my impressions on another site, but the response from the inn was a straight-forward response that said, ``There is no elevator, which is all listed.'' I was shocked. I wonder if they think there is no elevator because the basic information on the site doesn't say there is an elevator. When I checked carefully, there was a note at the bottom of the confirmation screen while entering the reservation, but I couldn't find it anywhere else, and it wasn't even on the hotel TOP screen or in the details (easy). . Many travelers travel with trunks and souvenirs, so having an elevator is a great thing. If you don't have it, please write it down in a way that is easier for everyone to understand at a glance. Due to measures to prevent the spread of the coronavirus, guests at this hotel still have to carry their trunks up the stairs. The closing words of the response were, ``If you have the next opportunity, please refer to it.'' You can often write in a way that seems to be sarcastic towards the guests. I never expected that I would be even more uncomfortable after returning from a trip. The room is normal. Breakfast can be rated as excellent, good, or fair. There's no way there'll be another chance.

No electronics, on top of a hill, a renovated but disappointing inn, and although not a spectacular view, you can enjoy the view.
