I stayed for one night from Tuesday, September 10, 2024.The parking lot was multi-dimensional and my car was tall, but I was glad I was able to park there. It was smooth to put in and take out.The location of the hotel was in the downtown area, so it was very convenient. My room was upgraded and it was great. This is a great hotel, and I plan to stay here next time I come to Sendai.thank you very much.

I used it to watch the Jozenji Street Jazz Festival. It's less than a 20-minute walk from Sendai Station, but it's close to the main venue, Kotodai Park, and above all, it's a very clean and stylish hotel. When I entered the room, I was surprised to find that each room was equipped with a Refa hair dryer, curling iron, and curling iron! Even the shower head in the bathroom. Expensive beauty appliances can be used freely during your stay, a service that women will greatly appreciate. There is a Lawson on the 1st floor of the hotel, and there is also a restaurant for breakfast, and the breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of Sendai specialties. Also, due to personal reasons, I soiled the pillow sheets and bed sheets in my room, but I contacted the front desk and they kindly agreed to it. I would like to use it again next year. (Also, the next time I use it, I will be very careful not to get it dirty.)

I stayed in a moderate twin room (about ¥9,000 per person per night including breakfast) on a trip to Sendai with my family.First of all, the interior is so clean and luxurious that you wouldn't expect it to be a business hotel. As expected, it is a premium product. The room is also very clean, including the water, bed, and walls. It's also nice to have a Refa hair dryer, iron, and straightening iron in the room. I was a little concerned about the stains on the carpet on the floor and the chairs, so I think it would be better if they fixed those. There was no noise at night and I was able to sleep peacefully. During the day, you can hear some traffic lights in front of you, but I don't think it bothers you that much. This time I was on the 10th floor, but since the road is in front of you, you may hear noise depending on the floor. The staff at the front desk will also be courteous. The elevator always stops at the 2nd floor (front floor). You will need your card key to access your room (above the 3rd floor), so you don't have to worry about security. On the first floor there is a Lawson and a bar (which serves as a breakfast venue in the morning). Lawson also had a wide selection of Natural Lawson products. The morning buffet had a wide variety. The miso soup made with miso from Miyagi Prefecture was especially delicious! It was very nice to have a lot of fruits such as oranges ◎The food was delicious and I was satisfied with the calm atmosphere of the restaurant. Finally, let's talk about access.・17 minutes walk from Sendai Station ticket gate・10 minutes walk from the ticket gate of Hirosedori Station (2 minutes walk from the exit)And access is not very good. Please be careful as it is quite inconvenient to move around in a carry case.5 stars except for the bad access! This was my first time staying at a Daiwa Roynet hotel, and I would definitely use it again.
