It was a super bad experience. When I sent an email to change the reservation date, the store gave me an OK response. However, upon arrival, the date had not been changed at all and I was not given a refund.

Amazing location. It’s so hot outside but very breezy on the deck. I am not sure if I love the food, it’s a complex 9 course dish but I don’t think it’s anything too unconventional. But I guess it’s more so paying for the environment.

I was allowed to use the river bed. Good atmosphere. The food was average, nothing particularly impressive. It was my uncle's treat, so I enjoyed it to the very end.

16 people and 2 young children attended the memorial service dinner. Chair seats were set up in a room with a nice view on the second floor, and chopstick bags were also provided for the memorial service. Key areas such as the sliding doors and tatami mats have been updated, making it very comfortable. I could feel the efforts being made every day to maintain the three-story wooden building and Japanese cuisine that have been around since the early Showa era. I also appreciate the fact that it has a private room and a parking lot in central Kyoto.

The “Omakase” meal was so bad, consensus of my family of four. The quality blew my mind. Sashimi was not fresh. All dishes taste unconventional. You definitely do not get what you paid at all.
