The building, rooms, and bathrooms seem to be well-cleaned.The staff's response is also good. The baths had a lot of bathtubs, but there was no electricity, jets, jacuzzis, carbonated springs, etc., and they were all the same temperature, just different bathtubs. I sat on the edge and took a break.the food was not palatableThere was a simmered dish and a shabu-shabu, and both had a gentle taste that made the alcoholic drinks difficult. I thought shabu-shabu would be better with ponzu sauce or sesame sauce because the ingredients were covered (shimeji mushrooms and daikon radish). The crab gratin was cold.It was a mystery that the seafood salad came at the end of the meal.Only the dessert was delicious. Also, the refrigerator in the room was filled with drinks for sale and there was no space for personal souvenirs. The swapping of the men's and women's bathrooms on Tuesday was complicated and I didn't understand it.After dinner, new towels were provided, but I only had bath towels.I accidentally put the towels in the return box, so I used my own towels. In the morning The rice wasn't good either... The morning market you were looking forward to? Fresh from the farm? I was disappointed that the lineup was poor and the price was higher than the market price. The customer service was good and it was clean, but there were a lot of disappointing things. This is just my personal opinion.

There is a convenient shuttle bus from Sendai Station. Arrived in about 40 minutes.Of course, a hot spring resort in the countryside and very nice.Perhaps because it was a weekday, the hotel and hot springs were not crowded at all, so it felt like we had the whole place private. There is also a sauna ⭕️

I stayed there for one night with my family for the first time. The rooms are a bit old-fashioned, but the hot springs are clean, spacious, fun, and extremely relaxing. Dinner was so delicious that we couldn't finish it all, and breakfast was a buffet with a wide variety of menus, so even the kids were satisfied. I would like to stay there again if I have the chance.

My wife and I used it. It was a weekday, and the price for two people was around 18,000 yen, but in terms of the quality of this range, I would rate it as 5 stars. The building feels a little old, but it was clean, the building and rooms were spacious, and the food was delicious. There are three large baths, and guests can take turns using them all. I've stayed at Akiu several times in the past, but this was the inn I'd most like to stay at again. As for customer service, I didn't have any negative impressions, as sometimes seen in reviews. The only thing I felt like it would be great if they could improve the issue of not being able to make the room completely dark when sleeping at night.

The interior and bathrooms are spacious. For dinner, we had a private room plan, so it was easy because we didn't have to worry about people's eyes or voices!

It was my first time visiting a day trip hot spring. This is my first time taking a bath with such clean water. Every corner was thoroughly cleaned, so I felt safe entering. The guest room is not used, so there is no evaluation. At this price, it was a shame.
