The room was very clean. Also, the bathroom was very clean, but there was a strong strange smell, so I turned on the ventilation fan on high all night, but it was still the same and unpleasant. One small desk was inconvenient. The light switches were separated and it was comfortable.

The room is small but cozy and clean. Located at the community area, the room is very quiet. Highly recommended to those who prefer budget travel.

Good value for money, the Tambaguchi station is 600 meters away and the bus is just 30 meters away. I found the breakfast not very varied, I would not buy it again. However, I would return to the hotel just because of the friendliness of the staff, I had a problem with a delivery service, the GPS gave me another location and the girl at the reception solved it quickly.

Lack of respect and loyalty to customers. If you come 10 minutes before check-in, you will not be allowed into the room, even if it is already ready. Only for an additional fee. A lot of people after a difficult trip or flight are forced to wait and stand in line. I do not recommend using this chain of hotels. The processes are very poorly organized. They wrote on my card by hand that breakfast ends at 10:30. But when I came to the restaurant at 10:05, they told me it was already closed. The staff does not speak English, although this is their responsibility. The dryer does not work well. Overall, the experience is terrible. Stay away from this place.Lack of respect and loyalty towards customers. If you arrive 10 minutes before check-in, you will not be able to enter the room even if it is ready. Additional charges only. Many people are forced to wait their turn and stand in line after a difficult trip or flight. We do not recommend using this hotel chain. The process is very unorganized. There was a handwritten note on the card saying that breakfast ends at 10:30. However, when I arrived at the store at 10:05, I was told that it was already closed. First debut in APANew and clean as usualEven if you turn off the air conditioner when it's cold, you can't change the air conditioning all at once, so if you don't like the cold, you'll need to wear a jacket. The front staff said there was nothing they could rent.Since it's along the road, there was some noise from motorbikes at night. The interior is simple, but there isn't much space except for a mini table. It would have been better if BF wasn't included, but I made a reservation with a plan that included it, so I had it buffet style.I don't like it (lol) I recommended Shizuya's bread and staff, but it was actually listed as Shinshindo, and there were only about two types of bread, so overall it was below average. If the staff gets the wrong brand of bakery, you're out. Probably unbranded. Japanese food in particular is so bad that I can't eat it because it's cold and the seasoning of things like ojiya is so sweet. For Japanese a la carte dishes, the plates are not heated and the food is cold.I wonder if it's good for them since there are so many European and American customers... Only the salad was delicious. The entrance to the bathroom in the room was dirty considering it had been open for 2 months. The sink was small and difficult to use for kindergarten children.Pajamas these days are yukatas that are tied to the obi, so when I wake up in the morning, I'm almost completely covered.Good for couples, but not for friendsI didn't clean up the dirt that fell in the bathroom, so the floor was dirty and dirty. It is not suitable for the elderly or people with disabilities as there is a considerable height required to access the bathroom.I called the front desk to ask for a nail clipper, but after being on hold for 3 minutes, they bluntly said, "No, I don't have any." No hospitality. In addition,1. The stains in the bathroom were removed when Manager Kitamura cleaned them (I sold a room that was not properly cleaned)2. Although the bread was said to be from BF Shizuya, the information was incorrect (I have no particular feelings towards Shizuya or Shinshindo).3. Even though the front desk promised to hang bath towel amenities by the door in the morning, there was nothing until after 11 o'clock (I forgot)Regarding the matterAccording to Manager Kitamura"No damage"It was concluded thataccording to his thoughts``Unless the customer can prove that the damage (damage to personal items such as a suitcase curling iron) was caused by the hotel, it is not worth the warranty.''There was an incomprehensible explanation that missed the point. If this is APA Hotel's corporate philosophy, I will never understand it.
